Rooney getting into the face of the ref, if that was Costa, we all know what would have happened.

Massive surprise that eh, usual double standards as expected. No surprise to see it's clattenburg ignoring it either, starstruck twat. Wonder if he'll get a tattoo to commemorate the moment.

Early days, but so glad we didn't waste our money on Pogba...woeful performance in the Manchester derby no less....bet Mourinho blames the defeat on the penalty on Rooney that wasn't given

Good game of football, Bravo will be fun to watch this season. After one game he has made himself a target for the rest of the Premier League.

Bet Tony pulis is salivating at the prospect.

The myth that Clattenburg is a great ref continues...should have sent bravo off and given a pen for a shocking tackle on Rooney...bottled it completely

By the way, John stones was terrible in that game, he genuinely didn't look like he knew what he was doing at times.

What a performance by De Bruyne, hard to believe we had him in our hands. Also great performance by Bailly, best signing for Man United.

Maybe I'm running too faster, but when I looked at the big teams, we aren't missing something that they have. We're very strong for the title race.

Yeah that's 100% a red card for 2 footed. Just seen the other pen shout too for the hand ball, and that's a pen too.

What a game that was though, I'd put my money on City to win the league. Although their awful goalkeeper will undoubtedly cost them some points.
Not writing us off either, I'm curious to see how long we can tag along.

If that's Bravo's best performance then city are gonna lose many games.

I thought that Caballero was first choice this season?

Early days but certainly not too worried about Utd and as for City they still haven't played a team that is worth giving them a fight.  Pep must be thinking what is all the fuss about the EPL being a tough league.   Still I think we will give City a better game than Utd, although I can't believe that the team Jose picked today was his best.

It will also be interesting who performs better in the 'side show' as the season gets going...Luiz or Bravo...might be close!

Jose Mourinho: "This is football. Sometimes players dissapoint managers, sometimes they give us great surprises." #MUFC

Jose started early on the players I see.
