Much better second half, Tammy looks class, great hold up play and has good technique for such a big man.

There is literally 0 footballing intelligence in this team no wonder they struggle so much.

If Cahill makes tackles like that for us like he did for England, then i can't see him getting back into the team. If Slovakia had scored, then it would have been because of Cahill's mistake. Also, watching Oxlade-Chamberlain makes me so happy we didn't sign him, he's been poor. He's average at everything, there isn't one thing he is really good at.

Pretty awful performance for the first 45.....still I'm getting used to it by now.....England have been pretty much pathetic since '66' ....no flair, no imagination, no speed...no idea........just like all the managers England have had.

Cahill was pretty good last night. Good to see we are well stocked in our defence. I'm talking about Chelsea here.

That's Cahill for you. Great servant, good honest pro, but always got a ricket in him. Walker saved his bacon and could easily ended up getting a red card!

Was impressed with Rashford last night. His fault we conceded the early goal but he always looked threatening going forward and he showed (Brenden Rogers alert) great character in not letting the mistake effect him and grabbing the winner.

Looked like a foul by Walker to me. Then horrendous mis-control by Bertrand. All from a mis-timed tackle from Cahill. Kind of summed England up really.

In Cahill's defence, he's barely played this season so understandable he looked a bit off the pace...although I agree, every now and then, he drops a major ricket...still he's done more good things for us than bad, wish people would remember that.

In more important news Morata has scored and assisted already tonight.

In other important news, Zappacosta looked really good. He makes some lovely runs off the ball. I have a feeling he's going to score a bunch of goals for us.

Morata and Willian on fire for Spain and Brazil and with the rest of the team looking pretty decent .......if they can keep it up I think we'll be in for a shout come the end of the season....not one team has impressed me so far and January is not too far away and as for England's performance.............I'm not holding my hopes up of getting too far into the tournament.

I would love to see Belgium reach the semis but I don't think they have the right manager , Belgium need some to play ugly football sometimes even when you got so many great players , maybe they need to sacrifice Mertens or a De Bryune on the wing to put an extra midfielder in the middle like Dembele or even Fellaini , I still don't get why Witsel is always in the Starting XI instead Dembele and to not call up Radja is a shame !!! But I think the key is Meunier if he can play At a high level they should get far

I'm going to Belfast tomorrow for Northern Ireland v Germany - should be a great night whatever the score. The atmosphere at Windsor Park on big nights is fantastic.

Could equally be said of England though for sure Belgium have the stronger squad on paper.
