Always seems to be a sidestory for this fixture, quite constrasting sidestory's too.

This season and season before last was our Champions crowning with a club legend bowing out

Last season was the first game post Jose sacking with all the crowd discontent.

2014 when he lost his 79 match unbeaten home run.

Conte will want the 30 wins to break the record,so i expect quite a strong side.I hope we avoid any injuries with Wembley looming.Would be lovely to do the double just so we can sing the JT song  for the horrible Spuds.Great season whatever happens.

We need Kante to start as he needs the game time twin prep for the cup final after his knock imo.

I know we want the youngsters to play and rightly so but with the cup final next up a hit of momentum is never a bad thing.

Guys like Costa will play that final and history shows resting Costa doesn't really do us any favours as he seems much worse off when missing games

Think this lineup will be very close to that for the final. It's a week off from this and I'd expect continuing match sharpness trumps the wrapping players in cotton wool argument, Luiz may be the exception as it looks like he's been playing through an injury for weeks now.

Not sure if Terry will start but he'll at least come on for the sign off, this one will be for him as much the fans for this season.

Hoping we can end the league on a real high with a comprehensive win and I think we will. We've kept the momentum with the Watford win and I don't see Conte allowing his side to take the foot off the pedal for this either.

Flying back home for this one! Looking forward to a fair few beers pre and post match.

Hopefully sign off with a nice victory and a Thibaut clean sheet so he can take the golden glove. Above and beyond hopefully no injuries to anyone important before Wembley!

Also I may well shed a tear at the JT post match farewell, it's okay for a bloke to cry in these situations surely?

No way do we see a second string like this, Conte wont want players going 2 weeks without playing a match before the cup final. I'm expecting us to field an almost full strength team for this one as preparation for the Arsenal game.

Maybe something like:

Courtouis

Zouma - Luiz - Cahill

Moses - Fabregas - Matic - Alonso

Pedro - Michy B - Willian

JT to come on late in the second half for Luiz to get his applause.

Costa to get the last twenty minutes.

Dave to replace Moses late on.

                               Tibo
Azpi - JT (Ake) - Cahill
Moses - Fabregas - Matic (Kante) - Aina
Willian - Diego (Batshuayi) - Pedro

I agree but i reckon Azpi instead of Zouma so he can get the record of playing every minute.

Win this and we break our own record of 30 wins in a season.

Hopefully a nice send off for JT, maybe even with a goal....

Then trophy time

Couldnt think of a better team to play against..

I love the fact toward the end of the season when we were about to face spuds in the semi final, the lead was down to 4 points, despite winning 13 straight games, things were in the balance, our whole season was about to fall apart in many peoples eyes.

But then in typical post Roman Chelsea style, we dug in and won every game left (2 to come).

Spuds didn't lose the title, we WON it.

Also for those thinking this is JT's last appearance, don't forget Wembley.

Well it would be his last appearance at the Bridge.

Post Roman or post Jose?

I actually think it is Conte pushing the team on to keep winning.

This will be the dress rehearsal for the FA cup final so expect our best team...

Courtois

Dave SSB Cahill

Moses Kante Cesc Alonso

Pedro Costa Hazard

The only doubt will be whether he plays Cesc or Matic in midfield

I think Conte will play a strong side with Terry on the bench. We need to wrap it up early and then Terry can make his farewell appearance. Don't think it will be much different from the team we have used all season. We need the players ready for the Cup Final.

I expect the starting 11 for webley bar Hazard starting..

Courtois

      Dave   Luiz      Cahill

Moses   Kante   Matic    Alonso

  Pedro    Costa    Willian.

Hazard cesc and Terry to come on
