January 26, 20188 yr I can't see any team winning the quadruple, squad size can only be so big, good players have egos and want to play, matches come thick and fast and so balanced changes and maintaining that winning edge becomes almost impossible.
January 26, 20188 yr Apparently Sanchez missed a drugs test on the day of his transfer. Doubt he'll get banned for it, but you never know.

Hahaha.......yeah sure he will, when I turn onto a gamma monster, then he shall get banned. And wtf happened to the utd players who refused to get tested after they won the europe League?
January 26, 20188 yr Laporte not even on the bench tonight for Athlétic, so I guess he will definitely go to Citeh and will probably be announced tonight or Monday. He is good, but when I watch Athlétic he has never impressed me (like our Christensen) and I've seen him do silly mistakes. He is not called by France either, which is bizarre and Laporte puts down to playing for Athlétic. We'll see how he performs at City.

Rio Ferdinand was banned for 8 months back in 2003 for missing a drugs test. It's funny how quickly things have changed, you would think more than ever they would be more strict on these things.

Looks like they have spent the Sanchez money to invest in a key part of the squad. Left footed centre backs are like hen's teeth so you can see why they are investing in him. Be interesting to see what happens at City.

According to an item I heard on the radio this is not the case. Apparently the testing team arrive at a club with a pre-determined list of player/players they intend to test and Sanchez was not one of them. The only question raised was about his whereabouts when the testers arrived, but since he apparently wasn't due a test anyway it seems irrelevant. For the record I'm not saying it's right or trying to justify anything, just repeating how it was explained on the radio earlier.

Just go back 8-10 years........its the sponsorship equivalent of money laundering. All city's sponsorships are fake and we all know that.......yet no one says anything. Footy is so rotten to the core. They put their own money into the club through the company - but it's not the company's money at all. PSG doing the same with UEFA nowhere to be seen. It's like Roman funnelling his money through a well known company directly to Chelsea. And you can bet your ass if he did that, the media would be onto it in hyper speeds. January 27, 20188 yr Authorities tread very lightly where people of a certain region are concerned. Must not make them any more angry than they already are.
January 27, 20188 yr I feel April 7th is too far away to give the ‘ammers a good old verse of Will Griggs on fire

Playing for one of the darlings and all that.......every single facet of footy is so rotten its out of this World. We have come to a point when even the f**king commentators choose sides instead of doing their goddamn Work.
January 27, 20188 yr Ahh damn unlucky Newport you did really well. Good effort. Edited January 27, 20188 yr by axman2526

January 27, 20188 yr I think like us Spurs are struggling, Eriksen's creativity is missing and missing Toby A at the back. Now they have a replay along with CL football too. Don't think they will be catching us anytime soon yet we need to start a winning sequence again.
January 27, 20188 yr f**king VAR, WBA could get f**ked over twice Edited January 27, 20188 yr by the special one
January 27, 20188 yr VAR is terrible, they've got to change how it works. It's bad on TV, how much worse must it be in the stadium?
January 27, 20188 yr Looked a pen tbf..... WBA unlucky with their goal though, seemed fair enough to me
January 27, 20188 yr VAR a f**king joke the way its being used. I can understand the use if one of the officials sees the incident and is unsure of the call, as opposed to none of them seeing it and some w**ker in a studio somewhere says there's an incident...'.if the officials didn't see it...it didn't happen is the way it should remain' this VAR will kill football...
January 27, 20188 yr 57 minutes ago, Stim said: Isn't that what Fordstram is? Correct me if I'm wrong but Fordstam is just used to make Chelsea debt free, it's Chelsea FC's parent company so any money coming from Roman is capital rather than revenue. Man City are disguising owner invested capital as revenue so they can have much more income than they should get and complying with FFP along the way, for it to be the same Roman would have us sponsored by Gazprom (don't know if he owns it but as an example) and give us much more money than we're worth in order to buy players.
January 27, 20188 yr Not watching but what's happening with the VAR decisions, sounds like it's really f**king up this game?
January 27, 20188 yr 3 VAR decisions - 1 goal disallowed, 1 penalty awarded, 1 goal given.......all took several minutes to sort out....although the decisions were probably right, its like our refs have now lost their confidence in awarding anything
