Am I the only one that thinks the celebration from Sane is that of a c**t?

Pathetic but what to expect from the man who has a full body tattoo of himself scoring a pointless goal that meant nothing because it was a tie they lost.

Top class muppet.

arogant prick Sane showing shush finger to the croud like they are playing against manure and not a championship team

f**k I hope they fall from grace next season

City's demise won't wait next season hopefully! Which means I hope we qualify and beat them in both cups and/or Champions league if we manage to pull off a miracle against barça! However, the PL is pretty much theirs though. But that's okay because we'll be champions of europe this season haha ::ChELSeAFaN::!

Congrats to Bristol ::clap2::::clap2::!!! They really fought for it till the end!! A shame they scored the second goal too late... As for Citeh, it seems that they're starting to lose their cool... next defeat might see them crumbling imo. Sane celebration and Silva yellow were disgraceful though!! Hopefully Basel will do them good ... after we did them in the league cup final !

Bristol City fans to Manchester City away support: 'Johnstone's Paint Trophy, you'll never win that

I remember Southampton fans singing that to us a couple of years back :laugh2:.  But now our lads have qualified for the semis, you never know!  Hope we get Shrewsbury in the semi (or final!) Now that would be good!

So if we win it, will it count as a proper trophy win at senior level ? I know the under 21's are the only ones playing in it, but it's not like it's primarily a youth competition.

I look at clubs that have won it in the past and it's always gone on their list of honours.

If we win it, i expect to see it listed on our Wikipedia page underneath our League Cup wins

I think the first team to get knocked out of the champions league will be almost gauranteed a top 4, maybe top 3 spot. So liverpool are dangerous in that sense.

In that sense, we and spurs are the most dangerous.

Not to forget United who are playing sevilla. Pool i feel are the safest along with city.

Apparently Leeds think this looks good. Looks like something from the MLS... or a PES game

Lol it looks just like in PES where they create a crappy unlicensed crest for the club, they should've renamed their club the Yorkshire Whites as well

Two injury time goals were the difference. Brilliant effort from Bristol.

With it looking like City are about to sign Aymeric Laporte from Bilbao for 57 million, it is increasingly feeling like they will dominate domestically at least for years to come. Stones and Laporte does give a strong sense of a strong, technically proficient centre back partnership that has all it's best years ahead of it.

They could/would have had Sanchez if they'd wanted him. Their financial power coupled with their pulling power (largely Guardiola but also a world leading training complex) really does make me think that everyone else is playing for 2nd for the foreseeable future. I remember how people said we'd win the title for the next ten years when Roman appeared, but I think that with City's backers being a country rather than an individual and the fact that they seem to have a stronger vision of an identity than we have ever had means they could conceivably achieve that level of dominance. It's just lucky that the weather and food is abysmal up here or there would be no stopping them.

Laporte is quality, probably one of the best talents in that position in Europe.

I can't think of too many areas if any they will need to upgrade on in the summer.

i don't see pep being there for more than another 1-2 seasons tbh. the league will get accustomed to their tactics, and in the premier league there are more than one team to challenge them hard season after season. they have an aging squad and the likes of aguero and silva will show their age soon, you could say aguero already is. bernardo silva is decent, but he's not that good to take over from david silva. they will need to spend another 200-300 million to upgrade their squad further.

If they need to they will, I think even if they only need to strengthen depth they will spend that sort of money.
