surprised to find out he's 6'2. i thought he was much shorter. gives us some added height in midfield too.

Question: a few of you have talked about him being injury prone, made of glass, Studge Wilshere etc. but apart from this injury and a leg break at 16 he seems to have put in 30+ games a season since he was 19. Am I missing something?

Barkley is taller than I thought he was ... 189cm ... maybe we are going down the "power" route for midfield again ... ?

Whatever your thoughts on this transfer, we can all agree that the club-fed headlines going from 'Tottenham confident of signing Ross Barkley for £25m' to 'Tottenham end interest in Ross Barkley' in the space of about a week is hilarious.
