It was good, but we have had better. There were two better goals in the France v Argentina game, Quaresma's and Mertens goals were pretty special too. I think Cheryshev's was on par with Lingard's against Panama.

Certainly, they're there but, they're not exactly involved are they? It's hard to imagine either of them stealing Kane's or Alli's or whoever's thunder. I've always been club before country and it's not easy getting behind players I can't stand week in week out  and having no Blues on the park doesn't help.

Agree to disagree then, the goal ranks higher for me because it was against tougher opposition in the quarterfinal at 0-0, the guy beat Rakitic and Modric with 2 defenders ahead of him and still managed to bang in a beauty. 

The ones you suggested are great too but they were either against relatively weak opposition or the defenders barely challenged the goalscorers. 

Modric, Rakitic and Brozovic vs... Henderson. God save the Queen, indeed.
