Eventually everything always has to do with money.

I believe Monaco we’re purchasing an AM player that Morata was replacing. 

Hopefully he does well enough that they take the option to buy.

I've always felt he's mentally fragile, but had no idea he reached the point that needed to be escorted by a team of psychiatrists even at the photo shoots. Poor lad.

I suppose there are two options.

1. He gave his all, which was nowhere near enough.

2. He didn’t bother giving his all.

 

either way, I’m glad he is gone.

I think if we had possessed decent crossers he would have been a hit, as soon as Azpi's crosses dried up he lost confidence.

The shame was we didn't play Emmerson or CHO then.

Clearly there is a world class striker somewhere inside him. Too mentally fragile to ever become one.

Rumours are the fee is £9m for the loan with £48 to buy next season. If true then that's our money back, but I can't see it being that much.

Morata has all the physical tools to be a world class striker, it's just a shame about his mentality and fragile mind.
