Chelsea V Arsenal (PL) Sat 18th Aug 17:30 UK

I wouldnt be worried about pace really, Rudiger is pretty quick off the mark, as long as there isnt 30/40 yards to run into behind him, I think he keeps up with most players in the league.

The biggest weakest is if they target Luiz/Alonso on the left side of our team, they're going to need help from the LCM, probably Barkley, to stop Bellerin raiding down that flank.

I'm still confident that we'll win, we look in better shape than Arsenal and if we're as clinical as City and press them as high, we will win the game.

I'm hoping Bellerin is too busy defending to cause too many problems for us at the back.

actually I hopes he attacks because that will leave a gaping hole on the flank - he won't be able to recover to pick our wingers

If you had to pick one of the top six to play first it would be Arsenal at home.

If we are serious about a top 4 spot and a return to the CL, this is a must win.

Exactly, no excuses why we shouldn't win this one, they look a lot worse than we do.

Sadly you can bet your ass emery will field a a better team......they know they cant afford to lose another already and will be up for it. We just have to win, a must imo.

It's not a 'must win' game, it's a great chance to get six points ahead of them, but it won't be indicative, not before August bank holiday even gets here.

Wash your bloody mouth out coco

Its a must win for me.......not just because of 3pts.......

No doubt, we will beat Arsenal on Saturday. They didn't show any sign of a threat against City last weekend. Statistically speaking, Chelsea have a 70% chance of winning. I'm using a cool site that predicts a 3-0 win with great odds. Loads of interesting stats from historical data too. Check them out:

I'd take a last minute, 1-0 OG winner at this stage.

If we finish the weekend 6 pts clear of one of our top 6 rivals, we'll be laughing and will have built up some good momentum.

We would than have 4 very winnable games, Newcastle (a), Bournemouth (h), Cardiff (h) West Ham (a) until we face another test, Liverpool at home.

Imagine winning 6 on the spin up until the Liverpool games, we'd certainly be joint top if it happens and I think we can do it.

Yeah Newcastle away is never an easy one for us and neither is west ham.

Far as this game goes Paul merson has predicted we win. So now am expecting a 0-0 draw or arsenal win lol.

Tru, baby steps, I hope we beat Arsenal and we take it from there. We destroyed them in Dublin for the first 45mins and should have won if it wasnt for wasteful finishing and then they brought on their star players and snuck a late goal and win on penalties.

I cant see anyone in Arsenals midfield that will stick with Jorginho and stop us playing, that young fella, Gundouzi (sp) is an awful liability, he looks like Luiz/Ampadu but plays like a crippled Luiz at his very worst, if he plays, I've no doubt in my mind we'll walk through them.

I hope he stick to the same team that started against City. That team is good, but having two lazy players in Aubameyang and Ozil made things easier for City. We also have ours in Morata, but if Hazard starts he will give us the edge.

I thought Bellerin was a gaping hole on the flank?
