We have been good, but we can be better. Great assist by Barkley on that goal, Hazard with a simple finish.  

If Kante was felling down then it should have been a penalty, on Giroud is a tough decision. 

Anyways, I'm happy with our possession game, but we have to create more chances to score more goals. 1-0 is too small in this game.

Ref is sh*te and we need to create more opportunities. A second is a must. We are so on top, we should be 4-0 up by now.

Haven't created many chances though, mainly because of how poor the crosses and corners have been.

Barkley did fantastic for the goal, but he needs to make more runs in the channels.

Still road our luck with that ings chance though.

Nice to see hazard shooting more often, he very rarely shoots unless he gets a clear sight of goal, but today he looks like he wants goals.

He was excellent. 

Dominating this match but just cannot score the goals that reflect our possession and play. Ten+ corners and barely a goal scoring chance created from any of them - something really needs to be looked at on the training ground.

Clever quick dispossession and through ball by Barkley for Hazard's goal and at least one penalty could have been given.

On that note, would not be opposed to bringing on Pedro/Morata in the second half, particularly if Southampton push up in search of an equaliser.

Now Sarri has sorted the midfield out it's all down to the amount of possession we now get for him and how often he can attack the goal. 

We need that 2nd goal and fast........if these f**kers score it will be hard.....especially with the men in charge of the match.

The most dangerous corner we had was Hazard's into the box that was just taken off Alonso's head by Southampton's defender. Willian's just look so easy to defend against in comparison.

Barkley's work to assist Hazard was fantastic.

Sarri is using playground tactics, get the ball and pass it to the kid with all the skills

Imagine if we actually had a decent striker aswell. We would be one of the best in Europe with Hazard in this form.
