That's why I think it will either be a fine or it gets dropped completely.

Going to be incredibly difficult to prove if these payments (if even true) had us bypass FFP penalties. Good luck getting Roman and his beneficiaries to testify as such when they stripped the club from him and kicked him out of the country.

Hi Sconnie, I'm getting right baffled. Is the Eden hazard thing part of the original stuff that EUFA fined us for or is it a separate think that came to light ?

Im dreading if the news says that we have been changed with the new latest stuff. f**king hell they couldn't even let us enjoy 2 fantastic games for a few months

The Willian, Eto'o, Hazard, and Conte things were part of the leak, as well as undeclared payments to the CEO's of Russian clubs and another championship club.

I'm not even sure what we're being accused of, to be honest. So I don't know whether to be worried or not.

Same here.

For the most part the latest issues relate to payments by Abramovich companies - unrelated to Chelsea FC apart from mutual ownership - to benefit Chelsea FC. In other words, hidden hence undeclared funding by the owner. Not dissimilar to many of the charges City are facing whereby several of their "sponsors" are, it is being claimed, under the control of the owner and hence not independent sources of funds.

Chelsea's situation is pretty well explained here.

Tottenham could be in trouble.

Matt Law ( The Times) has revealed his 2 year investigation shows Tottenham broke player agent rules with the transfer of Defoe to Harry Redknapps Portsmouth.

The same offence that saw Luton docked 10 points. Apparently

A file was passed to the FA but nothing was done ( surprise)

Law has asked for an explanation,  FA scrambling to find the info that was passed to them .

At last, a bit of potential good news !🤣

I think it’s all opened a can of worms and every club is probably busy trying to hide a lot of wrongdoings now!

Matt Law spoke to Redknapp this week who said he never spoke to the agent. " Harry, we've got the phone records to show you did"

" Er, well I thought he was the registered agent for the player"

I hope this blows up in the FA's faces.

And Tottenham's of course

Like I said, no club in this league will in open arms allow a financial investigation on their club with no barred time restrictions. Ala axman, no one is clean. This sh*t happens all the time.

Check out the second half of Younes video. "Alleged" UK government interference that helped Saudi takeover of Newcastle happen, so the UK government could have better relations with them.

When the PL allow this, and the Gov do this, then boot Roman out of Chelsea, then you know what they say, corruption, like sh*t rolls down a hill.

The international break: the gift that keeps on giving.

Best time , no VAR endless debate etc etc to obscure the corruption.

I've heard the shredding machines at the FA are on fire !

I wish I hadn't opened that link  🤣

This is the problem with setting a precedent 🙂

No one is clean, this is the truth. This also applies to those imposing sanctions on the clubs, like the FA, Premier League, UEFA, FIFA. I love the game, but I'm no fool, anything immensely popular and full of money is corrupt.

I think the Luton infraction was in the same year as this Tottenham thing ...

Someone on radio said there's talk of Everton getting a further 10 point deduction. But infuriatingly didn't explain or even mention it again .

Don't know what to believe tbh

I think with a bit of digging, every club has done something breaching the rules ( which are blurry at best). Let's say we did pay Hazard, Willian etc under the table, is it worse than what Everton did over the last 3 years? How far back does the investigation go back, or is subject to debate?

Every few years we are investigated for something, and I am just fed up with it all. It's a cycle that keeps repeating itself. I can remember back when we were investigated for signing Kakuta, and every few years since, something new has popped up.

I can't remember the last time I didn't feel anxious about something concerning Chelsea. I've used football as a form of escapism many times in the past, but these days I do the opposite and look for anything to avoid focusing on anything Chelsea related. I can never look forward to anything positive with the club because there is always something negative that counters it.

When one thing passes, I'm just waiting for the next problem to poke it's head around the corner. If it were just on field issues, I could deal with that, every club goes through ups and downs on the pitch, but it's all of the other bullsh*t that I am sick of.

I wonder if they will go back to when Arsenal were found to be paying their players bonuses into offshore accounts to avoid paying tax in the UK? Or maybe that time they had to cut affiliation with a Belgian club after they were found to be using them to funnel funds, pay players etc.
