When the club was bought, they bought Roman's Chelsea . Chelsea FC without any debt. A top level elite Premier League football club

Everything was the same , the team, the Champions League winning manager, and players, coaches, scouts, backroom staff the infrastructures etc etc Sanctions had been lifted , the government aim to remove our club from a Russian Oligarch had been achieved., and their interference had ended ..

Now you explain why the owners couldn't acknowledge their total ignorance of football, and of our club and of everything football related , and take a step back before making enormous decisions . What were the decisions that you say were essential and directly made because of " Russian worries" ??. Why was the overhaul essential because of "Russian worries" ?

You calling Chelsea fans "sheep" is getting tedious mate.

Btw Our previous owner waited the whole season before replacing the manager .

Did you read like I told you before baaaaa’ing yet again? 🐑 🐑

Yeah, you're over 3 weeks late with the news but thanks anyway.

Oh my God, the amazing new owners have invented win bonuses....geniuses.

Youre seething mate. Take your blinders off and realize this is good to keep the squad happy. Also, again adding nothing. Enjoy the reaction points 🐑 .

Thanks for not addressing anything I wrote about our club , or giving any time to explaining your "Russian worries" . Instead you're resorting to your usual tedious baiting and childish insults. ..."seething" as an insult from you now ?? 😂😂😂

So, you can't explain your "Russian Worries" excuse for decisions made by the owners ??

That's a weird one. All very commendable and all that but as tragic as it was, I can't imagine the families are going to struggle financially and there must be a whole load of more deserving causes out there.

Completely agree if they gave it to something like children hospital or a charity that helps struggling parents I would have been more impressed. His family already has his wages for the remainder of his contract.

Highly likely the family will have set up some sort of charity in their names. That's where the money will go.

I hope that's what the idea. I can't read the news posted above but in SkySports they say that the donation is to the family. Hopefully the family will put it to a good cause.

Neto's influence does nothing here? So let's get this straight: the guys decide to give something to someone and we go: should you give it to someone else? 😅

It seems there is UEFA and the clubs. Those two should be unified.

UEFA doesn’t represent the clubs, though. UEFA represents FIFA and the various national teams.

UEFA only deals with clubs because the Champions League is so profitable.

I think the point here is his family is already wealthy from his past earnings and the rest of his contract they really don’t need anymore money.

If they gave the money to starving Kids I would be far more impressed.

Gestures like this shouldn't be made public imo.

Positive PR, and this is what this gesture has lead to, would never be kept it appears the players themselves approached the club and the club because of processing the payments had to be involved.

What we do see know is how the players on long term contracts get massively rewarded for success. Those lower wages will have led to other 24/25 bonuses both for CL qualification and indeed smaller sums for the EL conference.
