I wouldn't take Pedro off, he's been one of our best players so far. I would take Willian off, he's done almost nothing positive in this half.

Just get the feeling he is not clinical enough.

BBC saying Pedro could have had 4!

Did everything right in that half but score more than one goal. We should be out of sight really. 

First I thought Zappacosta did ok but then realised that he's against a 19 year old left back and still can't produce a good cross.

Russian and Ukrainian teams generally dont travel well, and this has been a poor performance from Kiev, compared with how malmo played.

We have been very good though, really should be tie over now. Barkley, kovacic, David Luiz, pedro, and giroud, have all been very good. No real complaints other than the finishing.

We dont want to be going into the second leg with the tie in the balance, since we are at goodison 3 days later, which is always a tough game.

 

I'm not seeing any reason why Willian should be playing ahead of Hudson-Odoi today. People can't use that "Willian is better defensively" excuse, we haven't even needed our wingers to help out defensively today.

Dang, I just saw Sarri on the sidelines, he is 60 but looks like he is 70.  Not aging well imo.

How the hell aren’t we out of sight now. We really make scoring goals look tough.

Gotta take our chances as the game in the Ukraine will be much more tight.
