March 3, 20197 yr I guess top 4 remains our priority so expect some roatation here. Maybe something like: Willy Azpi Christensen Luiz alonso Jorginho kante Kovacic Pedro Higuain hazard I would rather see: Willy Ampadu Rudiger Luiz Alonso Jorginho kante RLC Pedro Giroud CHO
March 4, 20197 yr Rotation but not because Europa isn’t important rotation to keep team fresh and competitive. I would rest Kante. He really looked tired against Fulham. I’d play cho, Alonso and RLC. We have a fairly tough run in, in the league with Aea games against Liverpool and manu. So using our squad is essential, it’s one of our advantages at this stage of the season cho is not the finished product and will make mistakes, but he does have ability to go with the enthusiasm and desire so I would start him. RLC offers the power in midfield that I think matters and has looked much better defensively.

March 4, 20197 yr Big Willy Emerson Christensen Rudiger Zappacosta Jorginho Loftus-Cheek Kovacic Willian Giroud Hudson-Odoi

March 4, 20197 yr A nice semi-rotated team for this should still be more than enough to handle Dynamo who have looked a bit shabby this season. Willy Azpi, Christensen, Rudiger, Emerson RLC, Kovacic, Barkley CHO Higuain Willian
March 4, 20197 yr I think we are all kidding ourselves if we think CHO is going to start. I hope I eat my words.
March 4, 20197 yr I imagine it will be the standard squad with the standard 3 players rotated in. Alsono for Emerson, Kovacic for Barkley, Pedro for Willian. Hopefully we see RLC, CHO, and wouldn't mind seeing Kovacic in Jorginho's role. Kante probably needs the match off, but I wouldn't put anything beside him the man is a machine.

March 5, 20197 yr Rotation is needed. Yet we must not get complacent as this could be our only option of qualifying for the champions league. I would go with willy zappa christensen luiz alonso kante jorginho loftus CHO giroud pedro
March 5, 20197 yr Play strongest 11 (Hazard and Kante) for next 2 games to try and get a good 1st leg advantage and take 3 pts v Wolves on Sunday. If we can get a 2 or 3 nil to take over there then rest or even leave players at home ahead of the game at Everton next Sunday.
March 6, 20197 yr Willy Azpi, Ampadu (Christensen), Luiz, Alonso Kovacic, RLC, Barkley (Kante) CHO (Pedro), Giroud, Willian. Need our strongest XI for Wolves. That team above is good enough to beat Kiev. In brackets are who I think will start) Edited March 6, 20197 yr by bisright1
March 6, 20197 yr I can't help thinking that any of the proposed teams above would deal with Dinamo. I'd like to see Emerson and CHO in the team though, simply because I like the way they play with a bit of extra flair. Whatever happens, we simply must not lose against Wolves on Sunday. I'm getting a nose bled looking at Arsenal and Spurs above us in the table. Time they were reeled in and put back in boxes made of ticky tacky, where they belong.

March 7, 20197 yr Come on Chelsea! Leaving work shortly to begin the journey. Almost 25 years to the day since my first game...3 or 4 nil would be a nice way to mark the occasion.
March 7, 20197 yr Playing the home leg first we need to give ourselves a lead to take to Kiev. Ideally without letting in any away goals would be nice. Dynamo have a lot of experience in Europe and I fully expect this to be a tricky tie. I'd like to see CHO and RLC start at least and hopefully we can take the game to them. Come on you Blues!!
March 7, 20197 yr Team is knackered after the past 3 games, so this and wolves will be a hard slog. In both I expect the games to be tight, not likely a large victory. A narrow win, loss or a draw most likely.
