Not really sure what you are meant to do against Liverpool, they are that good this season if you go at them then your lose by 3 or 4 or park the bus and give yourself some chance. Spurs just dont have the attacking players to play on the counter.

Your first sentence is spot on, though your second  I disagree with.

Think with the speed of Son, running of Alli and Lamela if they use him they could counter attack.

There is a danger now 'Pool have the lead they can just play it around at the back to draw Spurs out and then they counter attack.

Personally I think Alli is slow, I would play him as the forward for his close control and strength and have Sessegnon and Son on the wings for speed, I wouldn't play Eriksen deep either as he wont do anything back there and he don't want to defend. Just my 2 cents of 0 manager experience but plenty of FM experience ?.

I really dont know what you do against this Liverpool team, so easy for people and pundits from the outside.

That new pitch is so wide that you need a couple of wingers that stay out wide but Spurs don't have any natural wingers and certainly they don't have any speed up front to bother Liverpool, bet Jose wishes he had Duff and Robben in that team; Liverpool have sooooooo much space and time which means no pressure on them what so ever and when Spurs do get the ball they waste it.

Pool suddenly starting to look a little nervy for me.

I'm waiting for when they lose a couple on the trot and see if they begin to start bottling it................I might be waiting a long time.

Spurs could have won this game with Kane

Son has scored some cracking goals for Spurs yet was poor today, Spurs could have won in that second half.

The points haul Liverpool have is hugely impressive and yet that is another game you scratch your head and wonder how they get out of the game with all three points.  I really don't think they are half as good as the media make them out to be. It's not as if they are battering teams most weeks like the City team have done for the last two years ... and yet they keep rolling on .... 16 point lead with a game in hand is ridiculous ...
