July 9, 20206 yr That penalty has completely changed the game, Villa were dominating them before that. What a complete f**k up from the referee and VAR, I could see that wasn't a penalty before the replay... United getting away with murder again.

He loses his own balance, stomps with high studs on the ankle of the defender, falls down = penalty for him...

How you can give a penalty to the player standing on the defenders leg is atrocious. United are the only team that would get a decision like that. Mate I'm genuinely stunned, I've been ranting for about 10 minutes, I cannot believe what I've seen and how Sky have barely mentioned it... The f**king bias is unreal, they've got Evra and Roy Keane in the studio also who will no doubt not mention it and talk about how well United have done since the penalty... VAR is f**ked, seriously, someone needs to get sacked over that, whoever allowed that in the studio isn't fit to referee anything.

I used to like him but this season he’s come across as a total knob. It’s painfully clear how much his united connections affect him and it’s cringeworthy to watch.
July 9, 20206 yr Uniteds own greatest ever keeper has started it was not a pen. Least some of them can take of the tinted glasses.
July 9, 20206 yr How can we fans see this so clearly when trained and paid officials get it badly wrong so often? Can only be one answer for me, they are on the take and are doing their upmost to ensure certain outcomes.

Understandably there's f**k all that can be done about it once it's been given, but some of the pundits/commentators can't take off the tinted glasses.
July 9, 20206 yr VAR: Graham Scott manure 13th pen this season, one more and they will break epl alltime record
July 9, 20206 yr Greenwood is going to be a problem for the next decade. What a finisher that boy is already, lethal with both feet.
July 9, 20206 yr It's looking worse and worse with each replay! The desperation from sky to push the penalty narrative is unbelievable
July 9, 20206 yr Keane is right about closing down, I wish our players got the time and space Greenwood had for that goal.
July 9, 20206 yr Roy Keane and Evra "Uhm yeah it's not a penalty but he's being punished for being clumsy, I can see why the ref would give it, clever from Fernandes" wtf am I listening to here? No wonder I haven't listened to Sky in years, f**king terrible. Clever for what? Stomping on someones leg... The bias is unreal, why have they got two United pundits on and commentator? f**king bull sh*t. Jose was right years ago, we would never get this amount of protection from the media. When Jose was crying about the Burnley game he got told to shut up.

July 9, 20206 yr As much as I'd love to add fuel to Manyoo hatefest, Villa are just an average Championship side that doesn't belong in EPL. If it was a close contest between two quality sides, I'd be more uposet about yet another penalty gifted to you-know-what team. But United aren't even playing that well, they haven't even broken a sweat and they're two goals up already. Edited July 9, 20206 yr by abramovich

At its worst these referees are on the take. At its best, they are grossly incompetent. Neither of which are acceptable in a global brand like the PL! is there any other country in the world where VAR has been implement where there’s as much of a cluster f**k as England? I would say no. The refereeing contingent in the PL needs a massive overhaul to be brought up to standard.

To be fair to Villa they were dominating the game and Grealish should've put them 1-0 up, but they clearly dropped there shoulders after that pen.
