I like Mase. I hope he just needs a bit of a rest + to reset a bit. Sincerely hope his form improves as the season goes on, I think we as supporters should take pride in seeing players rise up through the academy to make it into the first team, I really don't understand the subsection of supporters who seem to think a player coming from our academy is a blot against them.

I remember for years a stick we were beaten with as a fandom was the fact that JT was our only noteworthy academy graduate in almost two decades. In the last few years though we've seen an amazing rise in young talent graduate from Cobham and make a mark either at Chelsea, or at other top clubs. Mount, Reece, Conor, Trevoh, they're living out what I imagine was the boyhood dream of many of us here, fans love academy graduates because they see more of themselves in them than they do in players purchased from around the globe. I don't think that's a bad thing, and I really don't get why that's so hard for some people to understand.

I saw him as one of the main protagonists... unfortunately not in the highlights - Koulibaly very very unlucky not to score maybe we should try him at No 9
