Thiago is far too soft and not exactly a proper replacement for Fernandinho.

Lol and this City team is nowhere near that Barca team. City just look good against the weakest premier league since it first started. If this City team was really that good they'd have made a big impact in europe, but they haven't. Not yet anyway.

I saw somewhere they want to buy Lautaro Martinez from Conte as a new Aguero so maybe they don't go for Kai and we become full of epicness

Seems we’re the only club in for him. Real Madrid have today said they can’t afford him and won’t be making any signings.

What’s the hold up on the deal? Their season has finished right?

The director, Voller, has stated any terms with regards to Havertz' sale will not exclude the compulsion of him playing until their Europa league campaign is over. They are a shoe-in against Rangers, so we would need Conte to do a job on them afterwards. Failing that, and if not, he would definitely miss a chunk of our pre-season.

I think we may be waiting for the transfer window and perhaps their campaign.

If we are the only team that can afford to sign him or is interested, no way they get their full asking price. I could see this taking a little longer due to that, without other bids to compare to hard to know true market value.

also from what I’ve read, Chelsea hasn’t even begun formal conversations with Leverkusen yet, id imagine things will heat up after the PL season.

You never know till it's done. Real Madrid will always be there even if they say that they won't get any new players.

After Hazard has won La Liga we have got additional money from his clause so IMO we should just go all in for 90m like they want and be done with it, I would want a big saga out of this.
