need to hold out here. we've not been at our best but it's been satisfactory in most aspects of the game. we need Frank to freshen us up for the 2nd half - maybe change Kante

I think the consensus is it would be Kovacic who comes on.

Not really threatened much since the goal. Our poor build up play is keeping Brighton in this game.

I'd be okay with that. Hopefully bring some vigor to the middle which is looking a bit light.

Not impressed with Kante at all, another game where he looks off the mark. 

Think we should be 2-0 up by now, we have had enough chances.

I would be tempted to take off Mount and bring on CHO with Pulisic playing in Mount's position.

Apart from the goal we haven't really done much. Tammy seems to have real poor awareness at times around the box easy pass to Willian and it's two I think and much harder game for Brighton as it stands this could be Heading to a draw

Good to go in one up at halftime. In truth we will need at least another I think. Still very open without the ball midfield and defence being pulled all over the place. Only takes one little flick and there are acres of space. James the star of the show so far. Would like to see Kovacic for Mount shortly to make us more stable.

Happy to have the lead. Brighton improved as the half wore on, so I think we need a second to kill the game off.

Kante has looked off the pace again. Think it's time to bring on Kovacic in the second half.

Our play in possession after the first ten minutes was terrible and typical of many of our bad performances. Played are too high a tempo with rushed passes, too much Hail Mary one touch football. Jorginho has always had issues without the ball but not doing enough on the ball For me and Kante is playing too far forward. 

Kovacic would be good for this game. I don't think Frank will take off either Willian or Kante though. Jorginho is good today. We need a midfield metronome today who makes us tick. We are way too sluggish.

Brighton get some many free kicks and corners. One of them will go in at some point.

Overall, we  tailed off towards the end.

Tammy is going for the golden boot unfortunately rather than the team.

Yeah, he looks like the creative spark we need but I think there is a worry that if he loses the ball they can get it to Mooy and overload Dave.

We are doing okay, but you feel like a bit of pressure from them is going to result in a goal. We really need to up the tempo, especially in their half. We have got into so many good positions but we take forever to do anything and end up losing the ball or playing the wrong pass.

Kante looks lost in this side, he doesn't seem to know what to do. Mount and Abraham also need to take better care of the ball and make better decisions.

We are not a team that's good at soaking pressure yet we're always on the back foot against Brighton. Kante needs to be taken out of the spotlight for a while

Should be a couple of goals ahead but poor decision making, overhit or underhit passes have been our problem.

Once we get that right or get the right players to execute this more often we’ll be up there with the best.

Disagree with the Tammy criticism. The team needs to vary the tempo more. Sometimes a slow steady controlled buildup is better than just hit and hope first chance.
