October 13, 20232 yr Country doesn't care much about clubs, and vice versa. Just be grateful he didn't hurt himself on duty.

Someone like a Toney is who we should be aiming to lead the line with Jackson backup. Thats a great 2 strikers to have

Nothing to do with stalking, just having the cognitive ability to process the absolute sh*te you keep spewing is exhausting.
November 13, 20232 yr Yup that Broja is useless and offers us nothing, flog him! Clearly worried City, and made a excellent CB in Diaz make a game changing mistake. Good on him for doing something in a couple of minutes, not all late subs can do so.

November 25, 20232 yr What I've seen from him so far has impressed me a lot, and I believe he's going to be a top-tier striker. Puma probably saw it the same way.
November 26, 20232 yr I know it's a low bar but I liked what I saw from him movement wise in the small cameo yesterday, should get the nod over Jackson.

Pochettino now has the opportunity to do so. After his hattrick, and scoring vs City, he could not really drop Jackson. Now after that display vs Newcastle he can do so and justify it easily.

Broja is one of those players we need to get the ball to quickly. We saw against Fulham that his strength alone is a handful for the defence, it helps bring others into play and allows him to get a few shots off. Unlike Jackson that will just lose possession easily as soon as one defender is on him.

You must have been very impressed by both goals he's scored for us in his career. I think he's much more likely to be sold next month than he is to establish himself in the team.

Along with Conor is they get their way.

Can't say I'd miss any of them aside from Gallagher and even then I think we could buy a higher quality player for the money. I just have no confidence in the board to actually buy the quality players instead of 7 or 8 highly rated Venezuelan 14 year olds Boehlys spotted on football manager. I'm more worried about the players we'll sign more than who we'll lose.

We paid far too much for Lavia, Caicedo et al.
November 27, 20232 yr I could see us selling, pointless to keep 2 backup strikers in the team in Jackson and Broja, when we need a starting striker. I like Broja, few of the cameos he really put effort in.
November 28, 20232 yr Probably forced to sell given we will probably be in FFP issues now that European football looks completely out of reach. Add Gallagher, Maatsen, and Chalobah.

As most Burnley fans will tell you, defence was the weakest part of Maatsen's game, and Poch has obviously seen the same thing. But pushed forward he has shown very little at this level. And he still won't sign a contract.

He'll then end up at Brighton when Utd spend £120m on Ferguson and impress and everyone will back track and claim the board made a mistake and we should've gave him a proper chance. The circus will continue. Goal contribution every 72 minutes for us this season so far. Nothing to be sniffed at. Got no better options, give the lad the time until May.
November 29, 20232 yr Even given his very limited opportunities he looks a more natural scorer than the incumbent.

Where are you getting this "goal contribution every 72 minutes" from ? Every site I look at has him having played 144 minutes for one goal and no assists ?
