Reading the comments I forgot about Pulisic, instead of Giroud we could try Pulisic and move Werner to CF.

Abraham can't head the ball, despite regularly outjumping defenders, Odoi lacks sharpness in control, runs, passes....

There is no threat from our attack and it's making it easy for Palace.

Yep - just like in the first half against Tottenham. It's why I wanted James at the base of midfield for this game - Jorginho doesn't do enough in possession to make things happen in the final third.

That wasn’t the most exciting of halves but there were a number of positives. Silva and Chilwell are looking like good additions and just what we need at the back. Havertz has also showed his class at times, and the midfield in general is looking fairly decent. Crystal Palace are set up primarily to frustrate us in the final third and have done a great job at it so far.

Yes, James that is currently one of the best RBs in the whole league should change his natural position only because you personally don't rate Jorginho

We can’t penetrate them because they are bunched in the middle. CHO as a winger it’s his role in the team to stretch them and take his man on, give us width. Hes been absolutely woeful at it, since he came back not just this game. He’s just done it again in second half as I type this.

Seen enough backward passes all season and this game is no exception....at least we are consistent

He's not even the best right back at the club yet! He also has previous experience of playing in midfield.

I'm also not really sure what is so unreasonable about not wanting a player I don't rate to start... I especially don't think you of all people are in any position to call out others for having an agenda when it comes to Jorginho.
