Roman has been a massive supporter of the Women’s team since he joined, he could have just forgot about them and left them in the dark ages. 

People seem to forget that Women's football was massive buring the First World War. But once the surviving men returned from the war. Husbands backed by the Government and FA wanted the women back in the kitchen so Kicked them all out of the Factories whom most played for. They eventually actually banned Women's football in 1921. The organised game didn't start again until 1969. No wonder it lags behind the Men's game. Some might not like Women commentating on games but you cannot deny that they actually know what the're talking about. I'd take any of them over Glenn Hoddle and his monotone BS anyday.

She's a striker, not on the same level as Kerr and Harder more like England. but yea papy James must be pretty proud.

Rubbish start to their season unfortunately. Barely lost a game all last campaign and lost at Arsenal today.

I'm doing quite well in the club's prediction game for our women. I'm currently in 1,114th spot out of 71,697. Sam Kerr and Fran Kirby always deliver as goalscorers 

The ballot for Woman’s Euro 22 in England closes tomorrow for tickets, put in for a few games last night so we’ll see

Blimey, the curse of the men’s attackers seems to have reached the women! We could be 3 or 4 up!

Great, Kerr makes it 2-0! Great run and perfect placing the ball between the defender and the keeper.

And Kerr makes the third with a lovely ball over the Arsenal keeper. I’d guess that this is game over for Arsenal, but in women’s football there could still be two or three more goals! Probably for our women as they dominate the league.

Many congratulations to the Chelsea Women's team. Three superb goals and should have been more. Kerr's second goal was sublime.Great passing and movement. Thought Sophie Ingle had a good game.

Some great goals, Kerr's first like Costa and the second I would expect Havertz to score.

Thought the tactics were good never gave Arsenal a chance to settle. 

 

Notice Arsenal ladies have Barcelona next, the same Barcelona that hammered Chelsea 6-0 last year!

On my way back from Wembley - should have been in double figures after five minutes. Thank god Kerr got a brace (with a worldie chip too) or I’d start to think Chelsea strikers are cursed across the board!

Yes, agree with everyone’s sentiments, great performance and win against the gooneresses. These women need to teach their men counterparts how to score a goal or two. Chelsea is doing such a great job with the women football and to promote it in this country, and it hardly gets acknowledged by the usual pundits. London is blue indeed!!
