Yep could've been Patrick tonight. People started gathering and getting lairy and if he wasn't coaxed off the pitch by that older fan, then it would've got messy. Didn't see any old bill anywhere from the videos at that time.

It makes you wonder what the gobsh*te fan said to him before.

Do they have police in Liverpool? Huh never would have thought so.

Personally think the FA need to step in now, on another day Veira could have been hurt yet we all know the fans should not be there.

Interesting to see what Veira gets, shortly after the Billy Sharp incident (4 stitches in his mouth) Veira reacts. Not unreasonable re common law in that situation yet this is Premier League as judge and jury.

I would say first three games behind closed doors for Everton.

Leeds and Burnley are taking legal action against the PL and Everton as they believe Everton have breached PL FFP rules and want them punished this season.

Don't see anything coming of it but would be great if they were deducted points and went down.

f**king legal action! It didn’t help Sheffield United years back and it won’t help these c**ts now.

Salty as feck esp Burnley who have been in the prem for a number of years and didn't spend at all

I did predict Burnley to sink but leeds are a dirty gack club, Table doesn't lie whoever goes down deserves it

They'll spin some PR over the summer to shut them up like they did last summer by suddenly signing loads of young players and like magic the discontentment turned into "its a young team they need time".

Everton should get a stadium ban, there's no excuse for that mass pitch invasion. If that happens to my club, I'd expect the manager of someone high up to apologize for the behaviors of the fans, especially those ones targeting opposition players and manager. With all due respect, it's total BS from Lampard said it's just passion, and you can't restrain people to their seat.. Dele Alli celebrate relegation battle like he has  won something, how the mighty has fallen 😁

It be totally Spursy if Spurs lost to Norwich, and Arsenal somehow muck it up against Everton.

It's happened 3 times in recent days, all with violent incidents. They have to stamp it out before something really bad happens. Lamps is getting the fans and the club onside so that he is that bit safer in his job, without all the schmoozing with the suits I think they would contemplate a new manager for the next season.

6 point deduction from Everton and a heafty fine would be a good start.

As good as that sounds, you can’t make the rules up as you go along mid season. Just imagine the litigation against the Premier League if a team was relegated in those circumstances. At worst the sanction will be a couple of games played behind closed doors with a donation to the FA Christmas party.

Can you imagine! After all the jubilation they get a points deduction and get relegated

Would be a bright spark of a horrible football year so far. Glorious.

Aye your right. They need to change the rules for next season. Mass pitch invasions not allowed, if it happens then forfit of the game, even if it has finished already, multiple games played behind closed doors, fines and points deduction.

3 points for first offense, 6 for a second within 2 years, 9 for a third etc.

The only two teams to complain are the ones with a chance to go down. It just comes across like sour grapes.

Mbappe stays at PSG, reported to get a 150m euro sign on fee.. La Liga releases a statement attacking PSG over their spending.

Pretty crazy, imagine the PL getting pissed off because one of our clubs couldn't sign a superstar.

It is, but at the same time PSG have been getting away with financial doping and cheating for far too long.

It's a ridiculous sign on fee to be honest. A decent club could sign 2 above average~world class player for that kind of money

Well, today is the day Liverpool secure the title and one step away from all 4. Hope you are prepared. It'll probably be a late goal like City all those years ago, which we'll then have to hear the commentary for every week for the next 20 years.

We have no sympathy for this entitled club. For years they have paid monstrous amounts and lured players away from their competitors. Now they moan and complain as if they're the victims.

Hilarious seeing state sponsored, Francos club Real Madrid getting in a hissy fit because someone is doing to them what they've done to others for a century.
