They've already spend 60M this summer though, last summer they didn't even spend more than what they made on Cucurella. Can't see them doubling their biggest ever transfer fee on a CB.

We have no pre-existing relationship with Liverpool. Go straight to the FA with evidence and get them a transfer ban, they'd be the first to cry if Pochettino had rang one of their players illegally.

Liverpool always tapping players. Especially under Klopp. Remember how they tapped up and unsettled Van Dijk at Southampton who reported them to FA.
