Clearly tuchel has input. Tuchel explained in his interview what he want from a st. The biggest problem lies what happen to the team when we play with a st.

It is kinda similar to what happen with City with Haaland early this season when they kept dropping points. Pep decided to bring stones to the middle and problem solved. Tuchel on the other han decided to revert back to false 9. Edited June 12, 20233 yr by Bob stark
June 13, 20233 yr In talks with a move to Saudi and same goes for Ziyech, they could be paying for a lot of our mistakes.

June 13, 20233 yr A nice dream but if he's "only" getting offered £20m a year can you see his ego accepting it when a striker who he thinks he's on par with is getting nearly 10x that? Edited June 13, 20233 yr by Argo
June 13, 20233 yr I thought I would his book value was somewhere around the £45m mark so unless the club want to take a massive hit on the books, I’m struggling to see how the Saudi‘s are willing to spend £45m on him?

No mention of them paying any transfer fee, same with Koulibaly. May be free transfer proposals.

June 13, 20233 yr Apparently he has turned the Saudis down. Told us that he only wants Inter, who wants us to pay him to do so. Give him the Bogarde treatment I say.
June 13, 20233 yr Happy for him to rot on the bench and hanging out with the under 21 for the next 3 years if he keeps this up

Surely there must be some grounds for bordering on breach of contract the way he's treated the whole situation?

Can't think of any basis for breach of contract. He was disciplined over the Sky interview. The unknown in the whole what-happens-to-him saga is what Pochettino wants.

Inter using this to try for a cheap deal too, levels of collusion. Best thing to do is get him a personal trainer and let him train by himself for the next 3 years. f**k him, most unlikeable bloke in football and i wish nothing but the worst for the rest of his career.

I understand the ill feeling held towards him by many, can't really argue with much of it. All I will say is when he was utilised properly for us (early on in his 2nd spell at the club) he looked pretty effective. It was once we changed system (in my opinion to protect our midfield) that things started unravelling for him. We've got a very young squad and the striker market is a weak right now, whilst there are plenty of promising young players out there (I like the look of Kolo Muani, for example), there aren't many experienced strikers available. Lukaku probably isnt the answer up top for us, but I could see him doing a job next season. Broja is coming off a major injury, if his ceiling is as high as the club hopes it is, he's going to need to be eased in next year. Breaking the bank on another young striker could block his path to the first team, so it makes a lot of sense to keep the guy already under contract with us in the squad for next season at least.
June 14, 20233 yr All the Man U fans said he was no good, and still Chelsea bought him for crazy cash and salary. He's the worst CFC transfer ever. Edited June 14, 20233 yr by Swerved

Annoying - immensely so - but nothing illegal on either Inter's or his part. We're stuck with the ramifications of a deal that should never have been made in the first place. 🤙 to the second para, though.
June 14, 20233 yr Do you realise that the deal the c**t has cost Chelsea. Every single fan could have watched every home game for three years for free.
June 15, 20233 yr Inter and Lukaku have the cheek to be disappointed at the club for not initiating another pointless loan where we still cover his wages as opposed to Lukaku taking a wage cut or negotiating out of his contract. f**k me I can't wait until we are done dealing with them.
June 15, 20233 yr I know we need the money, but it would delight me if we put him in the reserves or even better yet, training on his own, for the next 3 years. Do just enough to fulfill whatever our end of the contract is, by giving him a place to train. But otherwise, let him rot. Then he can join his beloved Inter on a free in 3 years time, when they decide they can afford his wages all of a sudden.
