Agreed. It is into even about having a center forward. City don't really have one player that they rely on in that respect, but plenty of regular goal scorers. Beyond Jorginho's penalties we have nobody scoring regularly. In fact if Reece hadn't been injured he may well have been our top scorer by now.

Not a great half but Spurs were worse and we would be ahead if our striker could manage the basics. I said before the season that I don’t think Lukaku isn’t an ‘elite’ level forward and got some grief from one of his fanboys, but he really isn’t. That doesn’t mean he can’t go on to score a few goals and play a useful role for us, but he’s only occasionally looked ‘useful’ so far. 

Can we persuade Zola (currently doing some punditry from the touch line) to make a comeback for the second half?

Thank God for IPTV. I am watching an American channel and have enjoyed banter between Hoddle and Zola at half-time. You UK lot have had Roy Mental and one of the Neville Muppets ........ apparently.

Our usual attacking Wing backs are such huge misses.

This system just doesn't have the teeth to score regularly.

Havertz moves defenders around, he can press better, he links up with players better and he actually has a decent touch and doesn't take an age to turn around. 

We really have f**ked ourselves signing Lukaku. We have given up a Champions League winning way for this sh*te.

The movement of our forward players are really poor and exposed for it when Chilly and James are out.

Yes. The goals have dried up since we lost them. But we really should have figured out an alternative plan by now, or signed replacements that can make the system work. They have been missing for almost 2 months now.
