It was the correct decision, however they could have figured that out far more quickly had they checked the other camera angle which was available the entire time rather than pissing about with the original camera angle from which Lukaku and Dendoncker were level.

If RLC touched it, which he clearly did,  he was offside. Regardless if the touch was at the same time as a wolves player
