September 1, 20223 yr Who is Zakaria? So if he can outrun Werner, will he be more offside than Timo then?

September 1, 20223 yr I think I would rather us sign a stop gap in midfield for now while we wait for a top quality player to become available. No point signing expensive but average/good players. We want top quality.

September 1, 20223 yr Di Marzio was just being interviewed on Sky regarding the deal, and spoke pretty highly of Zakaria. We shall see...

Jorginho can’t play every game, so what happens if Kova and Kante are on the sidelines for most of the season, like they were last season? If Zakaria is going to play DM, then he’d better be very good. We can’t afford to carry players in that position. Right now our only fit midfielders are Jorginho, Zakaria and Gallagher. That looks like a pretty desperate situation to me.

September 1, 20223 yr Just like Alvarez, we'll be seeing Zakaria at the World Cup in a few months time. Juve doesn't look like a team that would actually care to sell this kind of a player, but if we offer 50m they might.
