And do you not think all of those people are going to watch those clubs in the hope of a trophy? I go watch Ilkeston Town in the 7th tier of English football most weeks and you best believe i'm going hoping they can reach a cup final or win the league. You bst beleive i'd give an arm and a leg to see Ilkeston win a cup. I guarantee you every Brighton would swap the world for an FA cup too.

What ? The vast majority of teams don't win anything, never have and never will .But their fans are as passionate as the few trophy winning teams.

Supporting a team is not about trophies, it's much much more than that, that's why we have 4 leagues full of teams without a pot between them

Don't actually need to.

If he tells Brighton that he can't reach an agreement with Liverpool, then Brighton would be pretty obligated to accept our 100m offer.

Brighton will wait for PSG to come in with 150 mill.

Now I'm even more proud of Roman. He used to honour his player's wishes even if it meant selling them to our direct rivals. He was in a different league to scumbags like Levy and Bloom.

Brighton have already sold   players to direct rivals.

Liverpool, Arsenal , Newcastle and Chelsea.

1. Why would you do that?
2. Why is it honorable?

Every club owner in the English professional and semi-professional leagues spend a lot of money each week to make people have a football team to support. Due to player & agent power, wages are silly and a lot of clubs are under severe threat, pushing ticket prices and TV subscriptions to levels that are often impossible to afford for the average guy.

If anything, clubs (including Brighton) should try to reclaim club power because how it currently works is just not sustainable if you want football to remain a sport of the people.
f**k the players and f**k the agents. Can't wait for some sort of rule limiting the earnings of footballers and their agents, would be a really good change for everyone involved except for the filthy rich players and their agents.

The frustrating thing here is that our midfield needs quality starters. No disrespect to Adam’s, but we have Connor, Santos and Ugochukwu for depth. If Caicedo was deemed to be starting quality, we should have done our business.

Watching more and more clips of Caicedo, he goes to ground so often when tackling, and often from the side or behind. Can’t help but feel those types of tackles in Chelsea blue result in more free kicks anyway.

I also don’t think Lavia is good enough to start - he appears somewhat technically limited. Disappointing really

What? Sold to Chelsea, Spurs, Arsenal, Everton, Fulham last season. Liverpool and Chelsea this season.

EXCLUSIVE: Moisés Caicedo has just informed Liverpool that he only wants to join Chelsea! 🚨🔵🇪🇨 #CFC

Caicedo has decided to keep his word and only accept Chelsea as personal terms were agreed since end of May.

Chelsea, set to bid again in order to get deal done with Brighton.

I meant that it was not just about getting the highest sum for a player from Roman's perspective. He let players go to direct rivals for a smaller amount if the player wanted to go there.

This is some good stuff isn’t it. Either way, probably more entertaining than watching us play the last 12 months!

Still think it’s all clickbait. I bet Bloom is on the golf course screening our calls
