I thought this little bit you had going was funny at first and assumed you were going along with it for the joke but i'm genuinely not sure anymore. 

Jackson has been the best striker we've had since Costa and that must really annoy you.

Genuinely, dont want this guy to fail with us, but the optics are dim. i'd be delighted to eat my own criticism and would love it for him to get on the team wavelegnth and start creating and banging them in. It would be great for the club, player and Portugal national team. I just dont know if he has it in him. Genuinely think we'll be swapping player registrations rather than buying over next couple of seasons which is where signing him might make sense. Breathtaking decision to bring him in first time around for the money, second time seeing a proven premiship player be a makeweight in a deal for him. His career trajectory hinges on what he does with us so would love to see him take it seriously.

I think of you as quite a good poster and i assume this is bait because i know you aren't stupid enough to genuinely think scoring less goals against league 2 opposition is on par with scoring more goals against premier league opposition. 

Felix won't get the same opportunities because opportunities aren't handed out, you have to earn them. Jackson has earned them by his return this season. Felix last night showed why he's on the fringes. I'm not sure why you think anyone else would do better, our attack is on fire with Jackson leading the line. Second most goals scored in the league, its our defence that lets us down and stops us being top of the league.

I don't see the issue with Felix. He's a squad player, scoring goals and playing some really nice stuff at times. I really don't understand why some are getting on his back. We have had some absolute stinkers as squad players over recent years, now we finally have one we can bring in and be productive without looking towards the bench and bringing the first team onto the pitch to get us out of a hole.

Felix is the reason why we didn't need to add Palmer to league phase of this competition, which keeps him fresh in what is going to be the longest season we have ever had.

Point taken Scott but the price tag and expectation (he's still very young) surely are not just for him to be a 'squad player'

He's obviously very talented, needs more consistency in his game in all areas, let's hope the gaffer can improve him. But I do agree he's very useful to have around !

Not gonna lie mate, after an 8-0 win your first instinct is to try and criticise one of your own players (who scored 2 goals) is tragic.

Felix is a better footballer than your lover boy - by some considerable margin. Passing, touch, vision, control, finishing, footballing intelligence are all light years ahead of Jackson. They are both equally lacking physically and with their head - and Jackson probably works harder/runs more.  

Felix is silky smooth, and a bit of a luxury. But he is better at football than your boy. If you can't see that - then it is pointless talking.

But if he was never bought in to be a squad player, what else was he bought in for? He's an attacking midfielder, a position Palmer has locked down. He can play on the left, but Maresca prefers more traditional wing play, so Felix was never going to play there.

Strange that no manager would start him over Jackson and every manager drops Felix into the back up squad hmm. What does Jim know that every professional manager doesn't. Makes you think. 

A large beating stick you have for Jackson is that he's only got 8 assists in 1.5 years. Felix has a single assist against league 2 opposition in 30 appearances for Chelsea in what should be the most creative position in the team. Would love to hear your opinion.
