December 30, 20232 yr If his release clause is 110m plus then we should be going for Alvarez at City. He's proven in the league and is getting better and better. Haaland being the main man there might tempt him.

Of course but will Alvarez want to hang around? He’d be the one I’d go for. Poch and Enzo might also tempt him

We just need a proven and experienced striker to bed in Jackson and to some extent nkunku. 130 mil is way too much, they would have to sell our homegrown. A lot of them. 😥😭
January 5, 20242 yr Not sure about this guy. Granted I've never seen the c**t play but £130m based on 1 stellar season at Serie A level? Not sure about that at all.
January 5, 20242 yr Rather get toney for 100mil instead. Maybe 80 plus add ons, etc. If they can swing it. But 130mil for Victor is really nuts. How about forget both of those and add 50mil to our medical staff and facilities. The other 50 can even go on a medical study on why we have so many injured, it would be more productive, imho.

Half of that would be spent just on bubble wrap alone.

January 15, 20242 yr Victor Osimhen is the clubs favourite apparently. Also considering. . . Dusan Vlahovic, Viktor Gyokeres, Victor Boniface, Evan Ferguson.

Missed 3 months last season and already a stint out this season. There's no doubt he can score a goal when fit but doesn't bring much else to a team. Doesn't press, not much interested in defence. Giroud was, and remains, a very good player. Moving him on was one of our biggest mistakes.
