You wanted Potter out, so he’s gone then you wanted Potter in until the end of the season because Lampard was appointed.

Lampard is worse and has showed his credentials after one match, limited training time I’d say with players you say are not good enough.

So who is it ? Players, manager, chairman, all of them ?

We are not in a good place, but the club is not on its knees as some of you would have us believe.

Nagelsmann should have been appointed immediately, if we wanted a caretaker we should've appointed someone actually competent, even Rafa if neccessary

Good things - Frank made some changes when nothing was happening with Havertz, Sterling and Felix.

Bad things - poor formation - we don't play well with a back 4

Bad things - The K's - Koulibaly awful, Kovacic awful, Kukurella awful - seriously with 3 guys like that on the pitch we're giving the opposition a goal every match

More bad things - woeful decision making by the players... truly shyte finishing in front of goal... wasted opportunities - poor free kicks - no one in the 6 yard area for the tap in...

I also think we're getting out muscled too much - we really need someone big up front with a presence to hold the ball and bring the others into play - they're all a bit lightweight and it's easy for the opposition to pull there shirt or nudge them out the way.

Good to see the guys trying to the 95th - it was a good goal that won it.

Our patterns of play were forming and improving.  We were a striker away from GP having a real shot of doing something. 

Absolutely mate, our game was developing and with a summer clear out and a preseason there was every reason to be optimistic.

Now we will have to start all over again with whoever comes in.

People now saying potter wasn’t the problem, you don’t want Frank to undo 8 months of players having no system or any idea what to do in 1 training session? 
 

Few lessons I hope he learns  though never put Gallagher or the wig in a chelsea shirt ever again and we can only play with wingbacks so use them

It wouldn't have made much difference who was appointed interim for these last few games. A lot of the players already look like they are on their summer holidays. Interim managers are not going to make much difference when you have a squad like ours that has no character or leadership. The only time I remember it working was first time under Guus and then we had a team overflowing with strong characters. Our club is in a total mess thanks to the new owners.

That's what we've been missing.

Hence my point if there were truly no better alternatives at the very least keep Potter on as he deserved to finish off the CL.

If we all wanted Potter gone, then you accept the alternative immediately, we don’t have a say in that.

I have no idea of your thoughts on Potter in/out or whatever but Bruno had one game in charge as was rinsed for it.

On James, agree with your points. I hope Gusto will provide proper competition next season, so James has to work to be first choice. 

On Enzo, we have one proper DM at the club, which is Zakaria. He hasn't had a single start with Enzo yet ... I'd like to see them on the pitch at the same time, as I suspect that Zakaria's knowledge of the DM role, and his positional discipline, will enable Enzo to run our games to a far greater extent, and play further forward where he can make more of a difference.

Looking at the players we've got - most of them are just not good enough and wouldn't make it into the Man City team.

I can think of 3 or 4 that might - James, Enzo and Kante... maybe Chilwell on a good day.

Some seem to think that things will magically get better next season. I don't see it, the owners have come in and completely f**ked up. Just because they have money, it doesn't mean they are good for the club. Can anybody name one thing they have gotten spot on so far? All they have demonstrated so far is that they know f**k all about football. How they came to the decision that Potter was the man to replace Tuchel is anybody's guess. The absurd amounts of money they are throwing around at players that in some cases are Championship standard is laughable as well. "Oh, but these players have potential" thousands of players in world football have potential, only a tiny percentage make it to the very top. 

I don't buy their bollocks that the club was a mess before they arrived either. They made it a mess with all of their horrible decision making since the summer. They have turned the club into a joke.
