1 nice little bonus to this competition is we now have 2 new strikers going into next season having already scored their first goal for the club, so no stress about that.

I would have thought FIFA would have engineered the competition to get PSG v RM as the Final. Was that possible at the start ?

I haven't seen a team look this good since Guardiola's Barcelona and Heynckes Bayern. We're going to need to be at our very best and need PSG to miss a few chances if we are going to stand a chance. They look as close to perfect as you're going to get.

Real Madrid look in dire need of a couple of new centre backs. Good job we've got this fabulous French duo we could offer them on an excellent package deal !

PSG has the same plan as us luring out Real players by passing at their own half and then finding a quick vertical pass piercing the lines. They just do it much much better than us. Their confidence level is so high they consider Real Madrid as a toy.

Me neither. And one thing that’s kind of weird is that many people write off their domestic league as a farmers league with no competition. And people have always said that no domestic competition leaves you ill prepared to play against strong opposition in European competition. Well, it doesn’t seem to be a problem for PSG.

I’m never much of an optimist at the best of times, but seriously, PSG would have to forget to turn up to the stadium for us to beat them on Sunday.

PSG really are fabulous to watch. This is the absolute gold standard of football for me.

I beg your pardon? I suppose they also have 11 players, one of which is a keeper and they too kick the ball about ultimately trying to score a goal whilst not conceding. So yes, I guess we do play the same football.

We’re going to get violated in the Final. PSG are the absolute epitome of football.

I don’t know how we even pick a side to counter PSG if Caicedo and Lavia are both out injured.

If PSG beat us in the final, they would have beaten City in the group stages of the Champions League, Liverpool in the last 16, Villa in the quarter finals, Arsenal in the semi finals and then us in the CWC final. They were already bragging about beating every English team in Europe, that will only get worse if they beat us too.

PSG plays the best football at the moment, but Madrid are doing everything to make them look even better. Alonso must me mad to even think he could have done something in this match with Vinicius, Mbappe and Bellingham that can't and won't press to save their lives and a midget in midfield (Guler) that can't tackle for sh*t.

Surely we can't look any worse than this, can we?

Bayern gave PSG a game and I think they should have won it. Real Madrid have been suicidal and I think Alonso is getting schooled a lot at the highest level.
