Yep, have to concede, that Sanchez has moved right down the list of gripes. Still wouldn't be my choice for keeper, but right now we have other issues to worry about - mainly the coach and his team selection.

Not too long ago we were a top-class goalkeeper away from being a top team

Now we are one CB, a LW, a top-class goalkeeper and a coach away

He made a cracking save to keep us in it - no idea how Bayern didn't finish from the Penalty spot when Sanchez was off to the side.

It was a very similar miss and save to Palmer's at Brentford last Saturday.

Are we seeing a Cucurella type transformation from a liability to an asset with Sanchez?

He's standing tall now and looking confident. Crucial in a keeper.

Some of his longball passing is also very good Liam. The short stuff still needs a bit of work though.

He has definitely improved. It may be premature to declare success and move on though.

Haha misread my post buddy—I’m not a fan at all.

I’m the one saying that getting a new manager with the likes o Sanchez and our cbs would be a waste of time and money.

I think he is inconsistent good in some matches poor in others.........

God I miss Cech, remember the days we didn't have to worry about the GK situation? We've been in a horrible situation since then, albeit a couple of good seasons of Courtois and Mendy, but both eventually faltered.

Sanchez is a liability and always will be, this should've been addressed at the start of the season. Yet we spunked a 100 million on two left wingers who can't even get into the team.

Anyone mad at Sanchez is shouting at the wrong person.

If the manager doesn’t pick him he doesn’t get the opportunity to f**k up and if Beavis and Butthead bought a new keeper he wouldn’t be playing.
