In the minority here and would probably get slaughtered but I don’t think this is the issue. This starting line up has an average age of 24.9yrs,  Arsenal today have a starting line up of 25yrs. To put that into perspective, last season Arsenal played some games with an average age of 24.5yrs.

I just feel Poch is complicating games where young players need matches to be simplified for them. Play players in their right positions (Chiwell & Enzo), press high up the pitch and move the ball upfield quickly.

Age isn't the issue, it's experience. You can have a ton of experience at the age of 20, look at Fabregas and Rooney. A lot of the players we signed barely have any football at senior level.

Prove me wrong then. What evidence do you have to suggest any of these players they bought are any good? None, they are sh*t. Sterling has always been a player that f**ks up chances. Jackson had one good month for Villareal. The guy in your profile picture can run, but he can't dribble past a player to save his life and looks completely lost. Caicedo does f**k all, Gusto is barely mid table level. The amount of money spent on these players is a joke.

He is using Sterling as a creator when he needs to be using him to finish chances.

Still not sure what gallagher's role is on the team. We should have a number 10 playing in front of enzo and caicedo. Maybe we shouldn't have been so quick to not resign Joao Felix.

His role is to run around like a headless chicken, take 3 minutes to turn around with the ball, and another 5 minutes to pass it.

Let's not forget Cole Palmer, who has done f**k all at any level of the game other than youth and manages to get a £45m move on less than 50 appearances.

Reading everything you've out is more reason why I'm not even gonna bother listing reasons why you're speaking sh*te

I agree with your first paragraph.

I don't agree that it's Poch.

The primary issue is that we haven't signed many talented young players we've signed untalented low ceiling players who will never be good enough and tried justifying paying 4 or 5x their values by claiming they're young and will improve.

For many of them the talent isn't there,  players like Jackson, Broja Mudryk and Madueke aren't top young attacking prospects they're simply average young players even in their age group.

And if you have a squad full of average players you'll get average results.

Sums up the day when Fernandez and Caicedo are subbed off and Gallagher is probably going to play the full 90 ... make it all make sense LOL.

I think I'm losing my mind, to be honest, is it only me who thinks Gallagher is sh*te?

I'd love Jose back.

Simply because I know he'd bin 80% of these crap young players we've signed and demand actual quality.

jose is no more move on ....you want to change managers every few games , thats what we need stability nice one

Silva is 40, Disasi is 25 and the rest are 23 or younger. Your numbers are lying. Check how many PL-minutes each squad has accumulated.

Yep. I did the numbers at the start of the season and Arsenal's players have a sh*t ton more of appearances compared to our players.

More like you have nothing to refute what I am saying so you have no real reply.

No - I don't rate him either. Can't see where he plays when we have better options in every role in the midfield ...

I don't want to change manager,  I want to change the squad.

The untalented young squad we have will never challenge for a Europa spot either this season or in years to come.

Jose would ship out most of these players in January but Poch will accept the bullsh*t from the owners finish 14th and take the blame with no argument which is why he was hired.

No elite coach would go near this "project"

This is why we needed a system manager who knew what they wanted, not somebody who is going to tinker. Someone like De Zerbi would've been perfect
