I am very confused. You want to get shot, you need to get player time and space to shoot. You can't just ask player to just shoot. It is not magic. You also can't ask player just put the ball in the box.

It's very simple! Let's not keep looking for a pass in the box and running into trouble trying to thread it through to anyone looking half-spare. Check Palmer last week, it went back to Sterling who was scratching his arse at the side ready to celebrate a goal!

It doesn't matter if it's Jackson, Sterling, Sanchez, or Toyah Willcox, have a crack at goal if you have enough room to lift your leg! It might be saved, we might win a corner, or heavens to Betsy, an actual goal!

We look too frightened to f**k it up in front of goal, and completely lack any confidence at all to try something!

The 1 positive is Jackson being suspended next week.

Ignoring pre season he's probably the worst forward I can remember at the club and he's in very very good company.

Easiest fixtures in the league 1 goal from an XG of over 4.

5 yellows, no assists.

Just horrible he's our main striker after spending do much.

And instead of playing for the counter with Mudryk's pace, he is taken off.

Yeah I thought that was odd too. Seems inevitable that Villa will have more of the ball now and therefore we will be afforded more space.

Looks like a 4-3-2 to me now. Disasi shifted to right-back, Chilwell as an orthodox left-back, Fernández moved back into midfield (properly) and Sterling up top with Jackson.

That was my first thought as well.

Taking off your number 10 cause of a red is really interesting isn't it? I wonder if Poch would have taken off Hazard in this situation.

I just can't understand Poch's decisions since the season started, during pre-season he looked like a different person compared to now.

They are giving red for those these days. For years actually. Dangerous play.

No they're not, not consistently. They can't seem to make their mind up because the w**kers change their minds after every game. I bet I can find a dozen tackles like that already this season that didn't result in a red card. Why do people keep making excuses for these refs? They are f**king sh*te, and this one couldn't even get added on time right.
