Chelsea v the Mighty Blades Sheffield United (PL) Sat 16th December 2023 15:00 GMT

Chris Wilder is back.

Are his overlapping CBS firing already. Could the PL basement side shock us at the Bridge? Would it even be a shock? Another side in red and white stripes beat us at the Bridge last season when they were rock bottom. Some southern side that @Munkunkulikes a lot, a player we should have signed scored the winner that day.

@Moduekemy turn again.

Chris Wilder is indeed back and they mean business again, it’s not going to be pretty this and the The Shed End servers are going to be working overtime come the 90.

Got to see the injuries, particularly Sanchez and cucu. Enzo isn’t worth his place as an 8, he is as a 6

sanchez

dizzy baddy Colwill cucu/maatsen

Palmer. conor caicedo

sterling Jackson muddy.

Gusto might be available again by next weekend. We can hope anyway, although he will probably be "almost ready" for the next 2 months now. Facing Sheffield United under Wilder  we should expect a physical contest so we need players (especially in mid) who will be prepared to scrap it out.

                    Sanchez/(Petrovic)

Disasi, Thiago Silva (c), Badiashile, Cucurella

                  Fernandez, Caicedo

  Sterling,              Palmer,          Mudryk

                            Jackson

CFC very vulnerable right now.  Playing Mudryk with Jackson will be another fail.  Cucu should only play when no one else is available.

Cucu came off with an injury yesterday so not even sure he is available. At the moment it may be between Maatsen and Colwill at LB. In fact we may even see the 4 CB's again if Gusto is still out.

What a Shyte state of affairs is the prospect of getting beat by one of the worst newly promoted teams in many seasons. Worst fookin thing of all is it’s probably going to happen 🤣

Seriously lose this and the club have to have a good long hard look in the mirror.

Let Enzo organize from deep with the ball and let Caicedo press and play his natural game.

There is no other way.

Enzo as a deep lying playmaker is brilliant. Any other position he's nowhere near as good.

Issue has been us f**king around with it at the back. Need to get the ball forward faster - play more direct and take advantage of our pace up front.
