January 25Jan 25 I couldn't really find the perfect example, but when he plays, it's noticeable how much muscle he has put on since arriving. He's even noticeably bigger than he was when we played against Barcelona in November.
January 25Jan 25 @Scott Harris that is a good spot - he is filling out a little, but looks muscular. I don't think anyone else in our squad scores that first goal today - we haven't seen pace on the ball and ability to then finish at this level since Hazard. Just an absolute joy to watch.
January 27Jan 27 Disgraceful performance by Estevao - first running directly at goal and then playing forward passes to a striker, both on the counter-attack. Has he learned nothing of Marescaball?

You can play him as a deep line six, who can get on the ball and make 100 passes a game. You could play him as an eight, as a box to box, and he can ride in the box and score goals, but also defend his own box. And you can play him as a 10 because he can connect. He can create assists and score goals. He's just a magnificent footballer. He gives me tactical flexibility for each game against different opposition. My job is to find what functions around him the best, so that the team functions with him in the very best way."We are doomed if they think he is world class at any role. Never heard anyone mention him as a top PL midfielder.Sounds like a write up for a B2B magazine, hope so anyhow. Talk him up get good price.

Fish and chips, Lots of sponge cakes with cream fillings, Steak and Ale pies (one of Brazils best delicacies imported here before they stopped selling them for some wokery reason - bet he's got a secret stash) Seems as though he's enjoying his move to the UK and the culinary delights. Who ate all the pies who ate all the pies. Estevao Estevao, hes ate all the pies.

They are throttling his minutes and hard to see why other than burning out young players (but even then feel he has more mins to give than what we see). Hes also good enough to start for Brazil, but not Chelsea - bizarre to me.He makes such a difference when he plays, but.......Rosenior after Palace game.. From " Hayters Channel" ... ..."" In terms of on the pitch, with an 18-year-old with talent like his, you have to manage his minutes. You have to manage the games that you think are the right moments for him to have an impact.“And I’ll keep doing that because I want him to have an outstanding season, but I want him to have an outstanding career as well.”

Unless i was wrong, but Fray Bentos is a town in Uruaguy so say the internet. Either way, he's been doing a desperate dan and scoffing as many as possible by the looks of it and it is working. Razor Ruddock was just a fat bastard.

February 1Feb 1 Hope for Estevao and his family everything is OK. Not seen anything further from yesterday yet.

I had that happen when I was a young un, I played Rugby League and was into cycling and basically my thigh muscle outgrew what other parts of my body could handle, mainly my groin (easy now) and pelvis, I could barely walk at one point. But when done correctly on a plan then its shouldn't cause any issues at all.And Mitchell starcs wickets were all done by cheating.... February 2Feb 2 To some extent, weight is weight. You put more strain on your body and joints if you're carrying more around, regardless of if it's muscle or fat. But that's more of an issue if you're either really fat or super muscly, like a strongman or roided bodybuilder. 5-10 kg here or there won't make much difference to anything, I'd have thought.
