Why are we subjected to Wrigty on TV .. he does not even hide his bias.. I thought one should be neutral as a commentator..

It's for the TV audience, the worldwide audience want passion and entertainment, not boring, neutral, dull opinions. .

Surprised Poch hasnt changed anything yet considering all the chances keep coming to dias, they should have one of their attacking players get a bit more deep

Oh, that's where Poch ended up .

God I hate Arsenal. They've been timewasting all half constantly faking injuries. Glad they didn't get the three points.

The Premier League really need to stamp down on timewasting if they want to pretend this is the best league in the world. Not sure why they scrapped the accurate added on time.

Spot on.

Unless we're doing it !

Kai Havertz is the first player to play 90 minutes and complete 0 passes in a game in the last 7 PL seasons.

They had 2 players today that didn't complete a single pass on 90 minutes ha ha.

But is it true?

Could have sent him on loan without extending the contract but it would have meant him able to leave on a free at the end of the loan. The extension avoids that.

Yeah allright, there were some mentions that it might not be allowed to loan players in the last year of their contract which I never found out to be true or not.
I wouldnt mind Kepa leaving on a free as I think we’ll get a minimal fee for him but every little bit of income counts I guess.  I’m just mentally scared from the seemingly endless loaning out and extending of contract of Michy Batshuayi back in the day

Arsenal is more hype than substance.. I dont think they are a patch on Pool when L'pool went toe to toe with City.. I mean a forward line of Salah, Mane, Firmino and a backline of Allison, VVD, TAA, etc.. anyday over this lot.. I hate to say it but Klopp's team entertained aswell..

As annoying as Arteta is, you have to give him credit for managing to be even more annoying this season

Fixed it for you 😉

Kovacic in all fairness is playing in the wrong position here. Put Foden to his place and you may have a chance.

They did. Foden added nothing. Only De Bruyne might have. Magician in those tight spaces.

Yes. But he's still a deeply dislikable whinging twat.

Wtf

That's unbelievable. As is this player rating from The Guardian:

"Kai Havertz Often left up alone as Trossard drifted deep. Was part of visitors’ all-hands-to-pump rearguard act following the Belgian’s red card. 7".

7/10 with those stats.

Bouncing the ball off Gabriel’s head after they equalised was comedy gold.

Amazing how much has been made of it, it was just a little bit of fun to wind up the opposition. what has the game come too.

Also much been made of the game,  It was a good game but a, I quote "Premiership classic" hardly !

The best for me was in the middle of the scuffle, an Arsenal youth player tried breaking up a fight between Haaland and Gabriel and Haaland looked confused as f**k and was like “Who the f**k are you!?”.

It's amusing how the football journos have all written positively today about Arsenal's "heroic" backs to the wall defending.  When Jose did it with us we were widely abused for parking the bus.

I guess the real difference is that a Chelsea Mourinho bus would have left the Etihad with all 3 points yesterday.

If Ipswich did that backs to wall performance the journos would be saying they deserve to go down for showing a lack of ambition.

I seem to remember Jose was "the enemy of football" and it was "Chelsea may be the champions but they will never be loved" whenever we parked the bus.

Arsenal do it and they are praised to the hilt for 'nearly winning' despite having 10 players in their 18 yard box for virtually the whole of the 2nd half and showing zero ambition to score another goal.
