He had absolutely no-one to pass to when Sanchez lofted the ball to him. Totally isolated when the ball came to him. No team mates making an angle and giving him an out ball.

Fofana needed to come off, but when Disasi is the sub at RB, it's hard to say if it's a good one.

Sensible changes. The Sancho one presumably planned (as I assume he won't be capable of completing 90 minutes yet) and Fofana has been struggling (plus from what Maresca has said he's still under load management).
