The league form will no doubt suffer in 1st part of the season after this club world cup, and with us having to try and put our best team out in europe.

We probably finish 6th-8th best case scenario.

How can the sporting directors spend so much money assembling a squad of players with massive holes in both profiles and characters. It's beyond negligent.

Everyone was hoping for Champions League football, would lead to us making the 3/4 signings needed to turn the group into a serious team, but instead, we are linked with more uncapped kids with hefty transfer fees.

Osimhen, Leao, Maignon, Guehi, completely raises the whole level of the team, but we won't go near any of them for financial reasons, while spending £100m on Kellyman, Felix, Dewsbury-Hall, and Jorgenson last summer, none of which we remotely needed.

Make it make sense.

I've removed the bit that seems to be confusing you. The bright red line around it probably wasn't a big enough indicator, but i hope this helps.
