Firstly, it's fking typical that the scouse are the first game on MOTD.

But, so typical West Ham. Loss of a club legend. Denied silverware twice at the death by Liverpool, one of which Billy Bonds played in, with the cheating fcker Sammy Lee getting away with offside. The worst Liverpool side on form for years and West Ham still fcked it up

Unsure of the right thread but a former England & PL (2010’s) footballer arrested at Stansted on suspicion of the hard R.

Anyone know who?

I expect the name will soon appear on Twitter / X.

Can’t make City out. Great coach, Haaland scoring for fun and winning games, but 3-2 against Leeds and 5-4 against Fulham.

Probably not what they were expecting when they signed Donnarumma LOL

Certainly not. Having not watched them I can’t say how much is him, the back four/five or Pep’s tactics.

Still, they are winning and I am a little envious of their ability to score goals. For any improvement we’ve seen and a run of decent results, I still think we are a bit toothless.

Ian Wright saying we need a keeper and “2 new centre backs”, absolute clueless ‘pundit’, should stick to women’s football and talking about ‘back in the day’ stuff, almost as bad as Sturridge.

Sanchez, jury’s still out, but deserves credit for being alright now; Penders coming in next season (again, where is the pundit knowledge on this internal stuff). Centre back wise, Chalobah is stepping up, and deserves acknowledgement (at least Carra has done this), and then there’s Fofana, not to mention Levi Colwill being out. You can get away with saying one centre back, but 2???? Get real.

Essentially why no one should give a sh*t about what Carragher, Scholes, Neville, Wright, etc have to say.

Wish more people would call out their hypocrisy.
