Rosenior, Maresca , Pochettino, Potter, Lampard were not the problem….surely we can see this ?

Maybe not the correct candidates at the time, but they were given an opportunity and took it…can’t fault them for it.

Look further lads..

1 french league title between the 5 of them when appointed. We keep hiring poor managerd because no one with any pedigree would work under these idiots.

He has very quickly become a dead man walking. But we are such a sh*t-show, it really doesn't matter who they replace him with as you know it won't be anyone worthy.

If there was a top class manager available at any of these times and we went for them, I don’t think they would still be here now. So much more than a manager issue for me.

There isn't even a problem really. Just a decision that needs to be made.

It's very easy to fix.

Stop spending fortunes on average/inexperienced players and hire managers with a proven track record.

That's literally it. Board just needs to decide to do better. They have all the resources to do so.

It’s definitely more than a coach issue. We’ve got average owners, average SDs, average coach and average players all in an average project. The whole CFC LDN is average from top to bottom.

We literally interviewed Luis Enrique, why wasnt he hired?

It is so much more than a manager issue i agree. When the whole flawed model is signing raw young players, then at the very least you need a coach that has a track record of success. We are the blind leading the blind. Pochettino the only manager that actually made a little sense on paper having shown he can develop young players at spurs.

The whole model needs to be changed, it is proving to be unsuccessful, and the sporting directors should all go. Off the pitch these idiots have missed out on £100m because they cant even sort a shirt sponsorship out. The ticket system is an absolute disgrace. Plenty of other issues, like the mulitclub mess, the debt thats been put on the club, finacially needing loopholes, uefa sanctions...

Rosenior needs to go though too, nowhere near the level of manager we need, results have caught up with performances, and it looks very much like he has lost the dressing room.

We interviewed Luis Enrique and it didn’t happen. Was it him or us ? Either way it shows a madness in the club . Stop blaming Rosenior, Maresca or whoever

I’m not sure why you dislike so much Maresca while loving this Lego building, sing along, holidays after a defeat of a coach. Maresca was bad but at least he had the balls to stand to the owners at the end. This softie won’t dare to do anything like that while taking us down the Spurs Road.

Maresca and Rosenior are as bad as each other as far as I am concerned. Maresca was Rosenior from July 2024 to November 2025. Maresca was very happy being that yes man. From day 1 he was pushing the BlueCo agenda. He did this right up until he boosted his own profile and put himself into a position where other big clubs would show an interest in him. Rosenior won't get the chance to turn his back on BlueCo because he will never achieve anything at the club or gain any interest from a big club, so he will forever be pushing the BlueCo sh*t.

Every single one of these parasites couldn't give a sh*t about our club. f**k all of them.

It was us apparently. I am pretty sure both him and Nagelsmann said no at the time because we were not willing to let them control things on the football side. Same reason Poch ultimately left, and even Maresca to a degree.

So if Rosenior doesnt win another game this season, do we not blame him?

You are very binary.

There is plenty of blame to go around.😂

Based on last few games, I think Resenoir has lost the players now. So many problems but all we know that Resenior isn’t the only problem.

I get the strategy of buying young players, I do. The problem is that they have bought average young players. PSG bought elite young players, not average players. They’re expecting manager to work with average players and these coaches are getting nowhere.

Plus putting young players with young managers is not a good combination. Put them with an experienced manager.

Seems like we are agreeing it’s not a replacing LR position. If LR is good enough or not (I’ll suspect we won’t get a chance to see it turn out) it will turn into another coach who will be admonished as the idiot.

Those same PSG players also lost 2-0 to Monaco. Young players that get to this level are all elite, it's the way how managers use their best qualities is the difference in their careers and growth as players.

The most recent is Vitinha, absolute dogsh*t at Wolves but borderline Ballon D'Or winner in PSG, same with Dembele. He was sh*t for Barca, injuries galore, Ballon D'Or winner at PSG.

Was a concern from day one, but reserved judgment. Reality is he was not ready for this role, nor is he of the caliber the club needs.

However, the problems at the club run much much deeper. We can change another 20 managers, but until we address the sporting directors, and probably many other areas of a misfiring club, nothing will change. Could not be more underwhelmed with the club right now - I've all but stopped watching - never would have dreamed of that across 40 years of following.

Eghbali is hardly likely to make changes over some minor football issues, the SDs dont appear ready to change their strategy yet but they might bin the operative in charge of the team as a gesture. LRs departure might be the start of change, but i suspect the SD's need another junior manager before they call on experience both on and off the field. The strategy needs to fail commercially to trigger real change. Its unlikely LR would have been selected by any other Premier League team. I doubt if his short time at Chelsea will be remembered for much other than his quotes and being woefully out of his depth, not his fault, but hey ho. Next....

And I agree, Maresca was truly bad, but I don’t understand this line of saying that Rosenior is a better person, who’s just as bad. i mean, Maresca’s press conferences were bad but Rosenior’s are just as bad. And the football is worse, who would have thought that it could be worse than Maresca!
