50/50 shot between PSG and Newcastle. Qarabag are hopeless and Monaco not much better.

I think every game should be tough from this point on. It's the whole point of the tournament. It should get progressively harder. Everyone that wins the Champions League deserves it in my opinion. Tuchel's achievement gets overlooked because of the environment at the time. The teams we beat to winning that pot!

I don't think Fofana won a single aeriel dual against Hojland. Trev comes on, and Hojlands night did a complete 180°.

Gittens should have been put on the right wing, on the 2 occasions recently he's played there, he's looked reasonably good.

We were really sh*t in the first half because, once again, we decided to do a bunch of tinkering. 2nd half we controlled the game and the quality of Palmer and Pedro won us the game. We can avoid all of this fuss if we just build a side that is used to playing together instead of changing them in every single game.

Great win, and fantastic to reach the knockout stages and avoid the playoff games.

It was a tale of two halves, with the second half being excellent. Joao Pedro's quality shone through in this match.

Getting a bit tired of this faffing around with Gusto and James at the back, or midfield, or whatever nonsense formation that was in the first half. Scary how they we’re cutting through us with ease.

Still at least he belatedly sorted it out, although it needed two great finishes from Pedro with two nice assists from Palmer, and a save from Sanchez at the death from Lukaku of all people.

Important win as it gives the players confidence, the manager gets a statement win, and one of our strikers has found his scoring boots.

We play Newcastle at home in the league on March 14. CL last 16 first leg is the midweek before, second leg the midweek after. Football loves its little coincidences so Newcastle 3 times in a row looks probable imo
