He did us proud when he was used correctly and was a hard worker, probably should've been used a bit last season but never mind, I wish him well for the future! 

Thanks Flo il never forget your fantastic contribution to our double in Carlo first season.

Good man - he was our best attacker for at least one season and a top, top player for three. Thanks Flo - I hope he ends up with Carlo and kick-starts his career.

Atleast he wasn't a dick about it like some other players are when they leave the club.

I have been critical of him for not leaving but this was classy from him.

Totally off subject here but his webpage looks like an advert from the Religious Channel.

Amazing in 09/10 - 15 goals, 15 assists. Key in our double winning season.

I'd have kept him in the squad last year there were times we needed an extra midfielder. Best if luck to him, unfortunately we only got a good one and a half seasons out of him.

He really had some blinders for us in the champions league. For a few matches at his peak, he was on fire and everything he tried came off.

 

Can't say I'll be missing his hairstyles though.

Nice words to round off his career with us. A very up-and-down career, but when he was good he was very very good. Strange how he couldn't sustain it.

Fair play to him. Never lived up to expectations (apart from one season), but he was brilliant under Carlo.

Had an 18 month spell under Hiddink and Ancelotti where he was a fine player and made an important contribution to our success. The rest of the time we only saw his best in fits and spurts. I wish him all the best.

Thanks for the memories Flo! Immense from 2009 to 2011 and a integral part of our Double-winning side.

Wasn't impressed with him at first but became a key player in our fantastic form under Guus and then Carlo. I'm not sure what they did to him but eventually he went back to being quite mediocre, but no doubt had a fantastic year and a half, cheers Flo.

Thats the way to sign off, no matter what happened last year. Well done Flo.

Nice touch Flo, after all as it stands his legacy at the club reads won the double, and CL fa cup double. Could have ruined all that with a pointless leaving shot that would have got him nowhere, but then again that hasn't stopped others in the past.

5 yrs time, when he is halftime guest, hope and expect he gets a great reception as a very decent ex player
