Diego Costa to Chelsea

Featured Replies

He's the kind of player that can be quiet for 89 minutes and come up with a goal. He hit the post and help set up our goal.

Keeping him fit will be as big a factor of us winning the title as anything else.

Didn't look fit yesterday and still came close to scoring...says a lot...wrap him in cotton wool Jose and try make sure he doesn't play for Spain in a few weeks

I really wanted that not to be a fake twitter account, unfortunately it is.

As for his performance; hit the post and got Zabaleta sent off despite being fouled and kicked constantly the entire game, doubt Kompany and Mangala would have gotten away with anywhere near that much if it was being played at the Bridge.

Actually if you watch it back he was trying to grab his arm but Zabaleta moved so his hand went towards his shoulder/throat, it was a split second moment

Not only that, but Zabaleta was the one who grabbed him trying to be pals after he knew he f**ked up. Trying to get a hug in so he wouldnt be sent off, laughable

So this is what it feels like to have a striker that doesn't have a great game but still gets a goal....feels nice.

Don't forget that he setup the 3rd goal as well w/ his silky moves in the AV box

Look at how DC makes Senderos AKA Lord Voldemort look foolish.

I'm feeling so bad, I was thinking he's going to show poor class in the beginning of the season, but I want to forget these words. He's a machine, he's the thing we need. Hope he won't stop his scoring, also it was good to see him scoring today.

He's like a non-racist, non-cheating, non-cannibalistic version of Suarez.

It is glorious watching defenders tense up when they see him charging them. I get the feeling he's going to twat Arsenal out of the park next week. If they thought that last year's 6-0 pasting was bad then they'll be dreading what the score will be this time now that we've swapped Torres, Eto'o, and Ba for Costa, Remy, and of course their old tormentor Drogba.

Currently waiting at Boston airport to fly back to the uk.. Absolutely sh*ting myself after two full weeks of constant terrorism propaganda on the news. Thankfully I did get to see the highlights of today's game against villa.. And glad that the big man netted again.

Wish me good luck folks!

I think what's amazing about Diegoal is the quality of his shots. He's a striker that turns average chances into good ones because of his speed of thought and his shooting technique.

You'll be fine! Great goal by Diego today, looked laboured in the first half but absolutely brilliant in the second. Game changer.

Great to see him in the books once again yesterday, really turning out to be an amazing buy for us.
