so the flat track bullies have secured top four football again...whoopey do...enjoy watching us lift the PL trophy for a fourth time since you won it last...

these arsenal fans giving it the big un were calling for wengers sacking a few months ago, just shows their short term memories isn't just restricted to their style of play, when 'boring, boring arsenal' was sung by them in triumph about their own team, who were a lot worse to watch than anything Chelsea have done

It's mainly their younger fans, many of whom are like the spoiled brats you get on here.  I don't have a problem with older Arsenal fans at all.

Agreed completely. Old school Arsenal are pretty decent IMO, it's the modern type that do my f*cking head in.

Arsenal are flat-track bullies who moan and bitch whenever they get outdone tactically by any of the big fish.

As long as the Specialist in Failure is at the club such will always be so.

Arsenal have been playing well lately, but like I've said good runs of form from Arsenal are nothing shocking. That being said, Wenger's big-game tactics have improved lately, so they may actually be a threat next season providing injuries don't ravage them (always a big 'if' with Arsenal). Let's see what happens before getting worried.

Arsenal aren't a physical enough side to beat big boys; they often get outmuscled in midfield. If they fix that area they may actually do something.

I am not worried about Arsenal at all, they hit form when the pressure is off as they always have. I think they will finish in the top four next year but that's it.

As for them winning what we call a few big games, they were both lets not forget against the two Manchester clubs when both were struggling for form. Let's see them beat a top side when the pressure is on.

I also remember how arsenal fans were mocking Jose for 'specialist in failure' comment a year ago when they won the fa cup, saying Jose was yesterday's man and was the real specialist in failure...they might still retain the fa cup, but Jose won the big one plus the league cup...so best they can come up with now is boring boring chelsea...pathetic

Wenger has done well this season and deserves some plaudits considering the drubbings they got last season.

But their fans deserve fcuk all, they have called for his resignation time after time, they constantly empty their stadium if their losing (home leg v Monaco), and if Villa do them at wembley i will be a happy man.

It's impossible to predict what will happen next season without knowing about changes in personnel really. In theory I would expect City to remain the key threat, although that largely depends on who is managing them next season, and whether they make any major changes to their squad.

It's why I never feared them to begin with. They've always crumbled under the pressure, they were never in reach of the title so they've never had that pressure.

Only City out of all the teams could have kept up with us this season but they absolutely took a turn, which is a good thing.

Exactly, I honestly can't say who they'll get. Klopp is taking a years break, they can't get Guardiola, the only one who is a certainty is Ancelotti should Madrid fail to win anything.

They could get Simeone but he isn't their style. Also replacing Yaya Toure is no easy task but I think if they get Carlo they'll definitely be up for it next season that is almost a certain.

Great news this, Wenger will use this end of season form as a reason not to buy this summer, wrongly.

And it will prompt the Arsenal board to give him a five year contract extension.

I think City may suffer because they're in a similar position to us a couple of years ago - wanting Pep but having to wait a year.

You can't just waste a year waiting but they seem to actually be contemplating keeping Pellegrino. They also have an ageing squad and FFP to consider so I'm not sure how much they can actually improve their squad, or how much backing they'd give to a manager they don't actually view as a long-term option.

They're a mess in short.

Arsenal are a couple of players away from being a top team and seem willing to invest again. Wenger also seems willing to change his tactics in big matches so they're definitely ones to keep an eye on. The guy's a prick but I wouldn't write him off too soon.

United are the dark horse and it comes down to who they spend massive amounts on, not if. Their problem is that their team lacks a spine despite spending millions of pounds on players. Mata was a waste as was Di Maria, and they look like they could lose De Gea. That leaves them needs a new keeper, at least one central defender although two would be better, someone to replace Carrick and two new strikers. They have the money and assets to get that though.

Like Ploks says, it's too soon to know for certain though.

sh*t, I forgot it was the Champions League semis this week!

Fantastic news, can't wait for this, we start with Juventus vs Real Madrid. Asamoah and Pogba are out for Juve; Modric and Benzema are out for Real.

Any predictions?

My Gooner mates have been getting pissed off with me cause I keep posting pics of Fabregas with the cup and having digs at them. I just said to them it's called revenge after the sh*t they gave us last season. I personally knew we were gonna go the league and league cup double this year. I decided at that point when they were taking the piss I would wait and get revenge this season.

Madrid to win 3-1 tonight.

Pogba is a huge miss for them while Benzema isn't as bad for Madrid. Hernandez is on a hot streak at the minute while they can always push Ronaldo more central...Bale is back too isnt he?

Boring, anti-football, park the bus Chelsea need 4 goals in their last 3 games to score as many goals as Arsenal in their invincible season.

Will he last that long? Physically I mean, he only looks half alive now!
