September 2, 201411 yr With Moyes being a disaster, if Van Gaal ends up with an awful season, will we see Ferguson back in charge do you think? I can't imagine he will stay away for long if it keeps going badly.

I can't imagine he will stay away for long if it keeps going badly. He (SAF) would be mad to go back. He got out just in time to avoid being at the helm as things fell apart. Put another way, what can SAF achieve by returning to manage Utd?

I can't imagine he will stay away for long if it keeps going badly. I bet he's secretly enjoying this. It exemplifies how good he was. He's built his legacy as the greatest manager of all time, he's got nothing else to prove and these failures only make him look better. I think he's a complete prick but you've got to tip your hat to his ability as a manager.
September 2, 201411 yr Just when you think they cant get any weirder Man that club and it's fans are weird. They are like a cult, i think Joe Cole was the only one who got out before they could damage him

I would like to see it though so I can laugh even louder when he fails.
September 3, 201411 yr I wonder if the situation at old Trafford has people at arsenal worried. Wenger would be the only equivalent in how entrenched he is to the running of club as Ferguson so you'd think the arsenal board would look at utd and be hesitant to get rid of Wenger. You'd think they'd at least have an idea of a succession plan but who knows?
September 3, 201411 yr I think it's safe to say the days of reporters reporting outside the stadiums on transfer deadline day are over, Tonight we have seen dildos, purple vibrators, blow up dolls and 42 carat bellends acting like twats jumping up and screaming like crazy. That's part of the fun of watching Transfer Deadline Day on SSN; you get to see all the goofy fans standing outside the stadiums/training facilities. While the sex toys were too much, the fans whooping and hollering in front of the camera are pretty much the norm wherever you go.

They think that because we sold David Luiz for so much money that we must be involved in some sort of dodgy deal with them http://www.redandwhitekop.com/forum/index.php?topic=308183.msg13193486#msg13193486
September 3, 201411 yr Liverpool look a much improved side. That Lovren fella looked solid against Spurs. Balo, despite his antics, can be top class together with Sterling and Sturridge upfront. Coutinho Gerrard Henderson midfield. Two spanish fullbacks if im not mistaken. Lovren and Skrtel/Sakho. Would only be more gratifying when we beat them.

I don't get people who have that much hatred for someone that they post the drivel on there

September 3, 201411 yr Maligned hero Chris Powell has been named the new Huddersfield manager: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/29045406 Best of luck to him, he's a top bloke.
September 3, 201411 yr Why is it just down to Everton being rubbish? Everton are probably one of the best attacking sides in the league right now, we did really well against them to hold them off for such a long time and we managed to take our chances. They have a lot to say about promoted teams when they have a terrible record against them especially at anfield. No one likes to play promoted sides in the Premier League right away but despite conceding a wonder to Burnley we immediately got our heads back in the game and got angry and right away it was 2-1. It wouldn't bother me if they actually had some logic, but it's nothing but just hateful nonsense which they give us no credit for in absolutely anything and see every single thing we do in a bad light just to make themselves feel better. So it's fair to say again, what a deluded bunch of twats.
September 3, 201411 yr Andy Johnson has re-signed with. Crystal Palace, feeling more and more like 2004-2005, remember what happened there ;)
September 3, 201411 yr All I remember about Palace from that season is Andy Johnson diving to win loads of penalties, Danny Granville, Gabor Kiraly's invariably filthy jogging bottoms and taking about six months before I finally learned how to spell 'Riihilahti'. Edit: Also my Charlton-supporting mate never ceases to delight in telling me the story of how Charlton sent them down on the final day. Edited September 3, 201411 yr by PloKoon13

My remember what happened there was directed at the 2004-05 season in the fact that we were the champions at the end of that season

Homie is still playing & still wearing his nasty sweat pants. He now plays for 1860 Munich
September 3, 201411 yr Maligned hero Chris Powell has been named the new Huddersfield manager: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/29045406 Best of luck to him, he's a top bloke. Such a great bloke. Back when I was a kid I did a lot of 'Charlton Challenge' football schools in the holidays and often a player would sign some gear at the end of the year. I have to be honest, out of all the players I met, Chris Powell was by far and away the most decent bloke. Absolutely love the man and he got a bit of a raw deal from Charlton last season but I guess the ends justified the means. I wish him all the best at Huddersfield. All I remember about Palace from that season is Andy Johnson diving to win loads of penalties, Danny Granville, Gabor Kiraly's invariably filthy jogging bottoms and taking about six months before I finally learned how to spell 'Riihilahti'. Edit: Also my Charlton-supporting mate never ceases to delight in telling me the story of how Charlton sent them down on the final day. I did love Palace that season though, they were just so gutsy under Dowie and were involved in some quality games. Johnson was awful really and lived off his many penalties for such a long time. What I will always remember from them in that year is them getting a 1-1 draw 12 or so games into the season against Arsenal with a Riihilahti equaliser which put us top of the league. I also had a lot of Charlton supporting mates who absolutely loved how things panned out. 'We sent down the Pal-arse...' was the cry
September 3, 201411 yr Well that will upset the "kick racism out" brigade, till he gets sacked anyway!
September 3, 201411 yr Pretty interesting if you look at Man Yoo's striker core Shrek 28, Falcao 28 (both 29 at end of season), Van Persie 31 (32 at end of season) definitely an aging strike corps. Even if they do qualify for CL this year they will be hard pressed to follow-up and will have to spend big again in 2 years or so to re-stock. Desparate, desparate times for Man Yoo, the new Real Madrid really. We'll have to get used to them spending obsene sums of money
