Milan are my Italian team... It was Shevchenko and Maldini that did it for me and also that Chelsea bought in Ruud and George Weah before as well.

But I've a soft spot for Juve too because of Del Piero.

Parma were my team, loved asprilla and Zola, sensini, brolin etc.

Great team back in the day.

Crespo, Thuram, Cannavaro, Buffon all in the same team.... Football Italia era Serie A was brilliant, so many great players in Italy at the time.

So Arsenal and Aston Villa have received a combined 50k tickets for the final in a stadium that seats 90k. Atrocious.

The space is for Wenger's head and ego.

Credit to the 25,000 Arsenal fans who do make it though. They'll make it sound like they've got 15,000.

Inter were my side from back then.

Outstanding team with the real Ronaldo

I was a massive inter fan aswell because ronaldo was my favourite player growing up, him and djorkaeff were class. My Sunday league team used to where blue and black stripes aswell.

Really liked del Piero, Batistuta, and totti from that era as well.

Real shame serie a is no longer the force it was.

I always liked Ancelotti's Milan team too, Pirlo, Kaka, Maldini, Inzaghi, Shevchenko etc. Very pleasing on the eye.

As for Juve, between numerous match fixing, ref bribing and PED scandals, I don't have any time for them.

I have a soft for Napoli as my grandad was from that part of the world. Pity who their current manager is, but at least he'll be booted out soon enough.

It's hard for me to dislike a side that had players such as Zidane, Nedved, Davids, Thuram, Trezeguet, Zambrotta.

That league was packed with phenomenal talent the more I think about it.

Let's not forget Crespo, Batistuta, Shevchenko, Baggio, Del Piero, Totti, Ronaldo were all playing there at one time.. It used to be the go to league for strikers.

I loved Inter and my Sunday League also played in blue and black stripes - You didn't play for Colliers Wood United did you  ?

Not disputing they had a top side, they're just wholly unloveable as a club.

Europa League semi-final draw:

Napoli vs Dnipro

Fiorentina vs Sevilla

Barcelona vs Bayern

Juventus vs Madrid

Could be an El Classio final

3 Italian teams in the semi finals. Next season will be very interesting.

We are currently on 80,391 points in Uefa's Coefficient, the points from the 2010/11 season will be removed so we will start the season on 62,034 points. Next season we will be behind Germany who will start the season on a minimum 63,463 points.

Italy are currently on 69,676, then if we remove the points from 2010/11 season they will be on 58,105 points. But, if they go on to win a European competition or get one of their teams in one of the finals, which looks very likely, their points total will grow even higher.

So, say we do well and get 18,000 points next season we will end that season on 80,034 points. Then we would need to remove the points achieved in the 2011/12 season and we will be on 64,784 points.

Now, if the Italian teams do well and get 18,000 points, they will be on a minimum of 76,105 points at the end of the season. Then, when we remove the points from the 2011/12 season, they will be on a minimum of 64,748 points.

Basically, what i am saying is, English teams MUST outperform Italy in Europe next season or we will lose a Champions League spot for the 2016/17 season. Even if we outperform them next season, it may not be enough. It's not looking good for Premier League teams right now, i think we will lose a spot.
