Since he returned from injury he's been mostly very poor with a few good minutes. Hes turned into Gerrard with constant long shots smashing into defenders shins or trying stupid cross field 50 yarders with no gain. That free kick at the end had me pissed right of, if I was his centre back who had ran 80 yards for a cross and he did that I would have knocked him out.

no, real have looked quite average since the latter end of ancelotti's tenure, including in the league. I just think they have a quite a few overrated players. however, their defence is actually quite good though. I like ramos and pepe as centre backs, and marcelo as a full back too; they are usually fairly solid.

Marcelo is as solid as a Mars bar that's been in the sun for an hour. Both Peper and ramps are very good centre backs with a massive balls up just round the corner. Playing all 3 together is a huge risk, unless your playing a team like city who just didn't even bother trying.

City aren't a good side, simple as that...just look at where they are in the table. Why is anyone surprised by this result or performance?

Real Madrid aren't average, i don't like them but they are clearly one of the best teams on the planet. Real Madrid looked like they could easily go up a few gears yesterday but they didn't need too.

United have told Jose to wait until summer 2017 to take over apparently. They want to give LVG is final year. Let's hope so.

The key to beating liverpool at anfield is not to concede early. If you dont concede for 10-15 mins they get frustrated and you can catch them on the counter
